Our stay was pleasant, by the location of the hotel both away from the city centre and near the center via a tram line nearby as well as a shopping centre in front. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

I recently stayed at Hôtel Campanile Montpellier Centre St Roch and it was an absolute delight. The customer service was exceptional - the staff were always friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. I was here last night to break a long journey. Apart from the fact that it is slightly hidden away in an industrial estate it was very good. I parked immediately outside reception but could have parked underground which was also free. There is some work going on outside the restaurant but it's not noisy and the restaurant is still open. Overall I was very happy. Rooms and public areas clean and desk staff helpful. If I was to say anything it would be that maybe breakfast is a little overpriced and dogs not allowed in restaurant BUT I put my dog in the car (shaded and cool) and grabbed a quick piece of baguette and stuffed it with ham and cheese and went on my way. I would stay again.

We had a great stay at this very central hotel. Our room was spacious and clean with a beautiful refurbished bathroom. The hotels breakfast buffet was tasty and with a good variety. The hotel is walking distance to all the Comedie has to offer. There is also a very yummy Kebab restaurant right across the street. Try the cheese naan kebab 😋 A special mention to Hugo at reception, for his enthusiastic, always smiling, service. We’ll definitely recommend this friendly establishment for anyone wanting to explore Montpellier!

We parked at the hotel on Friday afternoon and didn't move the car again until leaving on Sunday afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful, but we noted the rooms had variations in facilities; we had a bath, the room beside had a shower cabinet. Hotel du Parc is well situated; an up hill walk takes you past the oldest ”botanical gardens” in France, up to the the place de Louis 14th (I think) and into the old city. Montpellier is a Southern Paris, beautiful architecture, plentiful bars and high quality restaurants, but without the chaos of high-speed traffic. The tram system stretches into the suburbs, affording cheap and easy travel throughout the city.

This was a good hotel in a nice location in Montpellier. We had an early train the morning we left and the hotel is very close to the station, which was nice. The room was not very big, but most aren't in Europe! The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and had all the expected amenities. Close to the tram and other resources as well.

We had a great experience as a couple visiting this hotel for 6 Nights. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean with coffee pods and bottles of water provided fresh every day. The location was no more than a 15min walk to everything in central Montpellier and 3 min from the tram to the beach. The only area for improvement was that our room was not cleaned until around 4:30 on two nights

The pros: Has a pool. Ok rooms and sleeping quality. The cons: The lunch by the pool was a joke. Expensive beyond belief with very little selection (just attempted ”posh” food). It took 45 minutes to get the food (there were 2 other customers at the same time). And once it arrived half of it was cold (proper cold... not just luke warm). Half of the dishes were mixed up (wrong conduits). The meat was dry and not a chance in hell that the pork served was real Iberico. We got half price of as compensation, should have been 100%. Just have the lunch elsewhere. The pool area is too small, there are only about 10 sun chairs which are constantly occupied. And here's the worst thing; they put a deposit of 300 EUR on your card. This deposit is not lifted until your bank decides that it's taken too long time for them to claim the money (2 weeks in my case). I went back to the hotel to ask them where the fk my money was, but they gave me copies of the ”lift” receipt. Doesn't help me, they are still not doing it right. I have had deposits put on my card tons of times and it has always been lifted the day you check out. This is not a ”party” hotel in Ibiza, why would you have a deposit in a 4 star hotel? It is just tacky, borderline pathetic. Just do not accept them putting any deposit on your card, there is no reason for it.
