I try my best to book here every weekend and every time during the week I don't have have a load going out. Besides the cleanliness and comfort. I must say that the customer service from Ashley and Pamela is the BY FAR the BEST I have ever seen. They really made me feel at home and spoke highly of the organization. I have been recommending this hotel to all my co workers, family and friends. I'll be frequenting here as long as its not all booked like two days ago I had to settle for another hotel. I love this hotel 😁

I stayed at this property for two nights while in Montgomery for work. On the surface, things seemed good at this property. The outside of the property appeared to be maintained, the front desk staff were friendly. When I arrived in my room, there were some signs of wear and tear on the walls, doors, and furniture. I try to look past some of this. After unpacking and settling in, I discovered mold on the shower curtain liner. This is something that can easily be fixed. I made note that would let the front desk know. The next morning, I found human feces smeared on the wall next to the toilet....this is absolutely unacceptable! I understand staffing issues we are all facing. Taking shortcuts when it comes to cleaning a guests' room is non-negotiable. I reporting my room condition to the front desk and requested this be escalated to management. Alexandria, the front office manager, reached out and apologized for the room and offered to move me to a different room and refund me for that night. As of the time of this writing, the night was not deducted from my folio. The replacement room, which I requested a first floor room. The only warning I was given was this room is a hearing assisted room. When I arrived at the second room, the window has a view of A/C compressor units and a privacy fence to hide those from view (except my view from the room). It would have been nice had they disclosed this to me. Later that evening I discovered ants in the room which were even worse the next day. This property has so much potential. The management show they are lax on standards and it has caught up with them. Advice to management--you need to get a hold of these issues. As of right now this property does not deserve to carry to Marriott brand.

The room was very spacious and allowed me to work in privacy while my son was also in the room. The staff did an exceptional job, especially considering that I and other hurricane evacuees filled the hotel. Each and every staff member was friendly, helpful, and understanding of the situation. Tina assisted me in securing the room for as long as I needed it. And I also want to recognize Keressa, Tyrell and D'andre. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

The folx were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate that I could have kim chi for breakfast. The early check in was much appreciated and I especially liked that Mike bent over backwards to help me when I left my mobile phone in the taxi. He was on the business line and let me borrow his phone to expedite the return. Roberto from housekeeping gave me good tips to reduce stress (I had a presentation to do) and was very kind to let me practice my Spanish with him. Overall great experience.
