Wonderful

The bed was very comfortable and it was clean.

No coffee at 6:30 or 7 am. Staff at front desk in back staring at cell phone. Floors dirty. Trash sitting by elevators. Elevators scarred by graffiti. Just not a place I would go back to or recommend.

Nicely decorated, clean, modern, decent breakfast, excellent exercise room. Very small cold indoor pool.

My main issue was i reserved a suite the morning of my reservation i was called and told that my room was gonna be unavailable due to a situation with the air and the only thing available was a standard room with 2 queen beds

Check in was miserable. Took forever to get the system to accept my payment method, after transferring from one bank card to another, incurring transfer fees for having to move funds. My child was exhausted and it took 20 minutes to get a room. The next day my key didn’t work and I had to wake my daughter up to go downstairs and get a new key.

I did not receive the room I booked due to overbooking. I did not receive any compensation for the loss of the Suite. The queen bed was comfortable and the room was nice.

I loved the staff the girl at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming and the check in was smooth and easy. I love this property will come back!

The experience was decent overall. The room was clean for the most part. There are a couple things that could have been addressed but it was nothing to terrible. You are in the vicinity of a number of eateries.

We would not stay here again. The entire room needed a deep clean, especially the bathroom. We not sleep well because the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows are old and the size of square sofa throw pillows. The lobby had an overwhelming smell of chemicals. The one plus was the front desk staff were friendly. We left after one night.

Hidden pet fee! I booked this property under the assumption that it was pet friendly and, like other LaQuintas, there was no additional fee. WRONG! I had to pay an additional $25 for my 14 year old 13 pound Malteese pup. Plus, the TV would not get local channels and no one available to help I probably will never return.

Nice clean and quiet hotel with helpful staff, nice breakfast with plenty to choose from.

When i came in to check in, i had to use the rest room. After i came out the lady told me the restroom was broken. Then why was it accessible to the public? Then i came into my room and had to wait almost 20 minutes for the manager to fix my tv. The tub is dirty.
