"I didn’t expect this hotel to turn out this good. It was excellent with awesome breakfast and hot breakfast options. The location is also on the highway and was convenient for overnight stay while traveling. The staff was very nice and friendly. Overall a very nice hotel 😊"

Our historic building is less than a mile away from Dayton's theaters and museums including The Arcade, Victoria Theatre, Dayton Art Institute, and Americas Packard Museum. Were a half mile from the convention center and less than two miles from the University of Dayton and Miami Valley Hospital. The National Museum of the US Air Force and Day Air Ballpark are nearby. Enjoy our on-site steakhouse, Bistecca.

"Stayed at this hotel to visit a few friends. Has everything you expect for a hotel of this price. Most importantly, it’s clean and has a friendly staff. Also a minor league team’s home stadium is across the street from the hotel if you are making it a baseball trip!"

GGuest UserThe hotel was centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Although the parking was not right on the property it was in a covered parking lot within a short walk to the hotel and the cost was included in our stay ! The front lobby looked rather new and was clean and shiny. Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very clean and accommodating for 2 of us and came with the amenities you would generally expect. We had a king bed and it was comfortable, although the pillows were rather soft and despite both of us having 2 pillows each we could have used 1 or 2 more to be more comfortable.
The included breakfast buffet was well done with a good variety of choices for us as we eat a carnivore diet. The coffee was a good as you would get at Starbucks. I don't know her name but the staff member who kept the buffet full was definitely one of the hardest working individuals I have seen. She was friendly, accommodating and exceptional and the hotel should award her appropriately.
The only negative to our stay was that on the 2nd day of being there we returned later in the day after sightseeing and our room had not been serviced by housekeeping. I called the front desk and the staff person who had checked us in informed me that they had forgotten to tell us that housekeeping is only every other day. Staff member did provide us with additional towels however it would have been nice to have the bed turned down and used towels taken away.

JJamesThe room was very nice and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was very nice. Sorry to say that I won't stay there again though as the wifi was disgusting. I couldn't do simple things like read the news or search Google check email or do upkeep on a game I play. Terrible wifi is a deal breaker for me no matter how nice the rooms. They do have wifi they say is for streaming if you want to pay $4.95 a day for it but if they're regular wifi is that bad I'd be leary. I've stayed at a lot of motels and that's the only one I've ever seen wanting to charge for wifi.

BB__WThe room was large and cleaned well. There weren't many towels, and the sign said they only change towels every other day, but we only stayed one night and were fine. The breakfast was expansive and prepared well. I would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious room but with nothing but 1 desk chair; no lounging or relaxing here!
Bathroom fine except no door between sink and room, and beautiful huge shower except it is configured so you cannot get at the control unless you are standing directly in the flow.
Really nice staff.
