We stayed for just one night, having spent the previous night in a Best Western for the same price - maybe that was our mistake as we were disappointed. Parking is easy which is a plus, and location is good - quick walk to the centre for all restaurants and shops. Room very small with a lingering smell of smoking - I appreciate it is a no smoking hotel, but as a non- smoker someone had clearly been smoking. Minimal tea/coffee tray - 1 teabag, 1 sachet caffeinated coffee, 1 sachet decaf, 2 sachets sugar. No milk. All felt a bit old and jaded, much how I felt after a stay here.

Endless time needed to get connected to the wifi, with code numbers on registering screens that took 20 minutes to appear on the laptops. And again the following morning... what a waste of time. In so much other hotels, you come, get connnected and voila ! Tesla Destination charger, given for free by Tesla, are ... charged 10€ ! In 5 years, never seen an hotel charging fees for letting my car charge. I came in this hotel in the middle of an hypermarket / industrial park because of this feature. I accepted the detour to get there, and the poor surrounding and view because of this. But furthermore, I had to pay. Next time, I'll choose a less cheesy hotel and will go to the free supercharger. This is not about the 10€ fee. This is about the fact that everywhere else, it's for free, to attract new customers in your business and make them come back, again and again. They don't hide the fact that the breakfast is not complimentary : why do they hide the fact that the destination charger isn't either ? Do my comment worth your 10€ ?

The environmental score is low because-almost stolen before entering the hotel! Because self-driving cars have to park on the other side of the square (in fact, it’s only a 5-minute walk, but there is no elevator in the public parking lot, so you have to pick up the boxes from the underground by yourself), we have been out for more than ten days, two large boxes and two small boxes of luggage- Passing through the square should be too big a target, so unfortunately I was targeted-at the last moment when I entered the hotel door, the two female thieves went one after the other, and when I subconsciously turned back, the back hand was already touching my schoolbag...turning back When I checked in, I asked the front desk how the security was like this-he bluntly said that the place was very safe-the problem is that according to our observations over the next two days, it was a group of gypsies who usually occupies the intersection next to the hotel! Focus on tourists! Is it possible that the locals in the hotel can't not see? It didn't even explain anything that caught our attention! I regretted it for two nights-because of the accident that happened on the first day, we completely lost the idea of visiting the city-we drove out of the city

The rooms are simple but very clean and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and is very comfortable.

Our accommodation was perfect for two adults and two children. It was made up of entrance with a small full kitchen, dining room with plasma TV, comfortable bedroom, bed sofa and shower. All was perfect, you sleep in the middle of the silence. Thanks to the staff, especially the gentleman who waited for us until 21:30 to deliver us the key. As I was trying to make reservation with this Ibis Budget Montpellier Aeroport Parc des Expos, based in Monteppelier, France, a number in a USA would be available for making reservation. I've talked to the attendant that at first showed to be very respectful and calm. After I've given all my bank and billing address details and paid for the first of the two rooms, the attendant asks me to wait for 1 or 2 minutes, when we resumed the conversation, he said the price for the second room had increase $5 and that this was the hotel normal price policy . After arriving at the hotel, I ask at the reception about this price policy fluctuation as they refuted that possibility, since the price change may occur daily, but not anytime of the day (especially since you already started your reservation, since the client cannot have access to the price table). When I received the receipt, first, my billing address is was located in the US and live in the UK, so is my address (although I've giving the attendant all my personal information). The price for the service was not clear ahead and I ended up pay an abusive amount of U$27.76 of U$87.24, while the actual price for the room was only U$59,24. All in all, I felt cheated, the food was not looking fresh and burnt for the price of €41. Besides that, I've tried to contact the hotel and the agency that made the reservation and simply I couldn't get through to any of them. Quite frustrating. No plans to use their service in the future.

Entre la saleté, les traces de sangs, les traces non identifiées sur les murs, le matelas, les draps, les toilettes, le lavabo enfin tout endroit sensé être propre vous pourriez pensez que c’est beaucoup. Mais il fait rajouter à cela une porte qui ferme mal, du jour passe par la porte,enfin le froid aussi. Parlons maintenant de la salle de bain qui n’en est pas une plutôt l’équivalent d’une cabine de train, une personne mesurant 1m70 qui tend les bras touche les 2 extrémités, douche et miroir, une personne mesurant 1m80 elle se prendra le plafond ,oui le plafond ça fait mal. Dans la même pièce se trouvent les toilettes, une personne normale touche la porte avec ses genoux en étant assise et dont on peut croire que le papier toilette vient du fast food d’en face. Le manque de sécurité est plus que palpable j’en suis venu à chercher autre part pour la nuit. Entre le papier qui sert de murs entre vous et les autres chambres et entre vous et l’extérieur, l’isolation sonore est qui plus est inexistante oui extérieur parce que la chambre donne sur dehors et grâce à la meilleure des isolations vous pourrez bénéficier de réveils gratuits au grès des allers venus devant votre petit chez vous d’une nuit.Oui en une seule nuit je suis dégoûté. Et puis le ponpon je pense c’est de louer une chambre 3 couchages et de se retrouver avec un lit sans draps housse, sommes nous sensés dormir à même le matelas qui lui aussi est taché ? Si malgré tout vous vous motivez pour dormir préparez vous à vous lever avec des courbatures et mal de partout. Parce que oui malgré tout ceci nous sommes restés, si vous avez un souvenir vague de tapis de yoga vous serez dans le même état qui si vous aviez dormis sur l’un d’eux. Sans parler du fait que l’hôtel se trouvent au fin fond d’une zone très peu ragoûtante surtout de nuit où des hommes traînent dans les parages. Bien sûr je peux comprendre que certaines/certains doutent (y compris les gérants peut-être). Je vous laisse juger par vous même avec les photos.

We had a great experience as a couple visiting this hotel for 6 Nights. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean with coffee pods and bottles of water provided fresh every day. The location was no more than a 15min walk to everything in central Montpellier and 3 min from the tram to the beach. The only area for improvement was that our room was not cleaned until around 4:30 on two nights

One thing we did jot realize is that there was no elevator or mini fridge in the room. For this reason I take away a star but the professionalism of abdel and Nahia was excellent. Abdel was so warm and helpful with everything from late check in. We were able to find a place for our baby’s bottles. I think they put us on the second floor to avoid the noise of people coming and going, but two flights of stairs with the baby was a bit much. That said we cannot complain about noise. The room concept with the ladder and extra bunk that is big and spacious was excellent for the teenager in our party and there was enough space on the “main floor” for the travel crib beside the bed. Everything was clean and it was a good stop very close to the highway to continue on our journey. Loved that the parking had enclosed gate, which made us feel safer.
