We really loved the hotel! It was clean, comfortable and nicely-organized.

the hotel positions itself as 5stars, but it is maximum 3 stars. very old and outdated in everything, very poor breakfast, awful facilities. I came to Montevideo for a couple of days and booked the most expensive variant of 5star hotels, I am a lazy person, luckily I did it for one night only! next morning I changed the hotel.

A nice hotel, stylish rooms, bar, good gym, small pool, located on the seafront. Unfortunately some serious service issues: very slow service at breakfast, forgetting orders. Also we asked them to book a restaurant for us on Christmas Eve which they confirmed and when we arrived..no booking. Disorganized and unprofessional. Shame as it’s a cool place.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and my overall experience remains very satisfactory. The service quality is consistently excellent; the front desk staff are efficient and polite, making check-in quick and smooth. The room, as always, was clean and comfortable, with fresh bedding ensuring a great night's sleep. The facilities are well-maintained, showing the hotel's dedication to its operations. The breakfast was still plentiful, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that both the taste and variety have improved since my last visit.

Hotel Costanero Montevideo - MGallery is located in Pocitos, right in front of Pocitos beach. The hotel has a modern contemporary interior design, and it is beautifully decorated. The hotel is situated about 35 minutes drive to Carrasco International Airport. We stayed Hotel Costanero Montevideo - MGallery for 1 night, and I must say that the services provided exceeded our expectations. From the customer service representatives at the reception, bar, and all the staff at Cauce made our stay very comfortable and felt welcomed. Breakfast is served at Cauce restaurant located on the 1st floor overlooking the beach and breakfast menu exceeded our expectations. There are a variety of croissants and pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruits, yoghurt, and coffee. We were given 2 complimentary welcome drinks at the bar. The swimming pool and sauna are located on the 2nd floor and are clean and new. The gym is new and equipped with modern cardio and weight equipment. Our room is a king-size room overlooking the beach on the 3rd floor. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is modern, and the bed linen and towels were impeccable. We can enjoy the seaview by lying on our bed.

What a beautiful city! The beachfront hotel offers a sea view right from the start. The breakfast was also good, with delicious bread and a lovely juice. The waiter was very welcoming and even taught me how to use yerba mate – my first time trying yerba mate!

The room was large and quiet, and the value for money was average. The front desk service was poor and perfunctory. The bed was large, had heating, and a quilt. The breakfast was limited, mainly consisting of bread. The vegetables were mostly unavailable and not fresh.

This is a great hotel in Montevideo, Uruguay. The breakfast is very rich and the service is very good. This is my second stay. Of course, the hotel facilities are still not as good as those of first-class hotels in China.

It's a new hotel, very well located, and has excellent service. It's highly recommended, and we'll keep it in mind the next time we visit Montevideo.

The hotel is new. Well located. Our room had an incredible view. The bed linen and towels were impeccable. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was very good. We had no complaints.

The environment is great, the service is great, but the restaurant on the second floor is not good.

The location of the hotel is very good, there is a beach right outside, and the room is quite clean. Unfortunately, there happened to be a music festival, so the sea view rooms were sold out. (But the locals say this is not the sea, they call it the river)
