My husband and I stayed 10 nights from 3 to 13 July with 2 children of 5 and 9 years old. Before the first surprise they had just arrived, they had reserved a family room instead of a standard, making us a pleasant upgrade without additional costs. The hotel is very clean and friendly and always available. Excellent price quality ratio even if the structure is certainly a bit date, so maintenance should be done to make it even more pleasant. Ilaria of animation was unique!! Our children were very good (and therefore we were also very happy to be involved in various and creative activities in both hotels and beaches. Some days after our arrival on hotel, Giorgia also arrived with animation support a very young girl and proved gentle and sympathetic. We adults also have met other families through their presence on the beach and their animation activities, having a pleasant and companion holiday. The only bad thing in the hotel is the moquette at both the entrance and on all stairs and corridors leading to rooms ... that should be removed. Excellent and abundant food for every meal with the presence of staff for the served buffet that avoids assemblies and wastes that are usually in the buffet. That's very advisable. We will certainly come back.

The structure is very old and poorly maintained: Air conditioned not working, TV with very few channels, refrigerator not working and empty, old furniture, quite uncomfortable beds and very dirty balconies. The air conditioning, which was extremely dated with the external compressor eaten by the rug, worked only for a few hours, it seems to jump the counter that requires the maintenance, which is not on the site, to come to restore it. It is clear that the direction is aware of these problems and that the conditioners should be replaced. We close an eye to the empty refrigerator and TV that doesn't take almost any channel because for us it was just a place to sleep but without air conditioning, with this warm, you can't stay. The result is that we have sleeped in a sweat bathroom, with windows open in a very noisy area, and the hotel is now full of Ukrainian refugees and I don't understand how it can manage even at normal clients. Our complaints about air conditioning have been told us that ”on the time you enter the room we can't make any refund”, which is also meaningless because some problems are noticed only once you enter the room. We felt like we were awkward, I did not see the customer's attention and the attitude that the hotel manager must have, a pity because it would be relatively little enough to make it acceptable. Given the invidiable position with a serious restructuring, it would be a great gesture.
