My primary interest was to stay close to Val d'Orca having seen such beautiful pictures of the place. However, when I bumped into Relias Villa Grazianella during my stay search in Tuscany, the pictures of the accommodation were too perfect to resist even though the location looked a bit further out from Pienza. Having visited, I am absolutely glad I made this decision LOCATION : This place looks like something out of a movie - secluded, with the feel of being so closely connected to nature, the view of shimmering lights of Montepulciano some distance away on a hill, completely surrounded by Olive trees and Vineyards. It is simply magical and makes you want to come back again and again. During the Tuscany visit I got to see a lot of farm stays, BnB etc but the size, scale, location and ambience of this place is incomparable by any other. The Villa sits in the middle of acres of agriculture land owned by a large corporate. The ambience is perfect to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful nature and landscape. Montepulciano is not too far from this location. VILLA : A perfect blend of traditional Italian with the modern comfort. The rooms are very large with windows opening to some extremely beautiful views and sounds of birds chirping. The restaurant decor and setup is cozy and inviting. The property's landscape is just too heavenly and beautiful. FOOD : The best food throughout our Italian trip. Fresh ingredients and excellent preparations for breakfast, what one expects from an accommodation in Tuscany. Excellent variety and portions. The true Italian smells and tastes one was looking for. STAFF : Good friendly staff, makes you feel at home. Especially the lady serving us breakfast in the morning (unfortunately forgot to ask her name) treated us like we were guests in her own home. This place is truly heaven on earth and worth booking without a thought. I wish we could have stayed longer, but will be definitely back again.

A spacious and very clean room, in a comfortable location near the centre, a large parking, very friendly owner. Quality/price ratio is greater than excellent. Advised in particular as a base to visit the valley of Orcia.

Very central hotel, a stone's throw from the thermal baths of Montepulciano, parking on the street, in front of the entrance, lift for those with heavy suitcases, with the family management of a very close-knit ”hotel team”, exceptional welcome and all staff very friendly at all levels, Free and fast WiFi, large, bright, quiet, very clean room, new furniture, new and modern bathroom, new air conditioning, very efficient and silent, we recommend dinner in the own restaurant with a pre-choice of 3-4 local specialities, perfectly cooked, impeccable presentation of dishes, very good wine from own production, and a large choice of homemade desserts for the breakfast Unbeatable value for money - there are not enough stars for the rating! The maximum rating seen on the internet is true and absolutely confirmed. For sure, we will come back with the first chance, with friends and recommend the same to everyone. Il secondo anno che vengo in questo splendido hotel dotato di SPA, un hotel davvero molto completo in quanto ha una piscina al coperto di tipo termale ed una all’aperto dotata di ombrelloni e lettini gratuiti per gli ospiti. A completare i servizi la sera musica dal vivo sul prato all’inglese nel giardino è una colazione continentale davvero completa sia di dolce che di salato.

My boyfriend and I visited this hotel for our first night in Italy, and we could not have asked for a better way to start the trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was very comfortable, and the food was incredible. It was a short drive to Montepulciano and Pienza so we were able to explore the two towns without expending too much energy. The area was relatively quiet, so we were not disturbed by loud noises. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tuscany! It’s perfectly enjoyable for individuals, couples, families, or a group of friends.

What can you say about this place👀unbelievable tranquility pretty surroundings great staff great pool lovely rooms the views are amazing from anywhere you stand and that’s without even talking about the food the lovely staff were telling myself and the wife that the chef was a genius a story we have all been told and only on occasion really happens 🙄however the chef is the willy wonka of Italian food the staff are as exited about the food as much as he is rarely found no matter where you are the chef even sends instructions on how to eat his food f……g amazing who puts olive oil on almonds and white chocolate mouse almost cheesecake blew our minds will 100% be coming back well done and thanks for a special couple of days Spencer ,Vicky atkinson

Thank you for making my holiday so special! I felt so great staying in this castle and the whole experience was just amazing. Huge rooms and beautiful Tuscany's landscape. I liked the swimming pool and the jacuzzi so much. The check-in lady was extremely friendly and always helpful and smiling! Thank you once again. I highly recommend this place, and I wish to return again with my family to this beautiful castle!

I was sick and I was about to catch a cold, so when I headed to the hotel early, other guests were allowed to check in early, but I had to wait for a long time because the cleaning was not finished yet. did. The woman named Erie in charge was very rude and couldn't enter the room even at 3 o'clock. The woman who told me about the bus timetable was kind. The room was a small room without a view (I want you to specify when choosing a room) Amenity was only the soap and shower cap provided, and there was no kettle. It was very cold because it was on the mountain without heating. When I went to the front desk to borrow a kettle, the woman told me that it should be in the room, and if it wasn't, I couldn't lend it to the restaurant if I had to get hot water for a cup. I was cold and caught a cold, so I was in trouble because I wanted to boil hot water in a kettle and drink warm tea several times. The staff at the restaurant were very kind and gave me honey when I said I had a sore throat. Breakfast was a lot of choices and the view from the restaurant was beautiful. It was a good price, but I think it's disappointing to think that it's a star ４. There are many other hotels in Pienza that are cheap and have a good view.

The location of the hotel is great, the ancient city of Pienza can be seen by opening the curtains, and it is only a 1-minute walk away. The service is also quite good, the breakfast is rich in categories, recommended!
