Good hotel to stay on montebello area. they provide pantry, fridge, plates useful for the stay

The shower water is small and the water is slippery and can't be rinsed clean. Tips are required for cleaning the room. It is a tipping culture in the United States. When in Rome, do as the Romans do. There is no express service at the front desk, but the waiter wrote the address of the post office and checked the working hours online. There are many parking spaces in the hotel, which is suitable for self-driving. There is a Hong Kong supermarket nearby, and many Chinese-owned stores are more convenient. You need to pay coins for washing and drying, and you can exchange coins at the front desk. The blanket is not warm enough, and the noise of the heater is very loud. You can ask the front desk for an extra blanket. The breakfast is good and rich.

The overall service level is not as good as that in Houston, whether it is the attitude of the staff, the quality of breakfast, or the supporting facilities. The room is okay, relatively spacious, and the location is okay, but the surrounding communities feel average when driving out. The better point is that parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces.

The lake view has long been turned into a large construction site, the toilet smells bad, and the sanitation is worrying. It is not worth recommending

It's safe and the breakfast is great. However, there is construction in front of it, so it is a different view from the picture.

Transportation is more convenient

I like the area and staff very friendly. Room was nice but cofee maker was slow or needed replacement. Bathroom needs better ventelation like air vent. Overall good would come again spacious room.

Very convenient location! The problems are the banging noisy in the middle of night and also the wet smell from the room.

The room itself was great and clean. Staff were kind and responsive. The hot tub and pool were disgusting. There was a large amount of bacterial foam in the hot tub and the pool had a funky smell without chlorine! Very dissatisfied with that area of the hotel!

Overall A everything was spot on. Amenities and service is great. I would recommend to family and friends.

Very modern hotel with a lot more accommodations than other conpetitors in the same price range. Really does feel like a home away from home.

Fascinating experience! It’s not a walk in the park to find such gem in LA, but this hotel is one of the best options! Free breakfasts, parking, cleanliness, excellent amenities, pet friendly… Definitely, will come back again!

We had an issue with a weird banging at 4:30am - 5:30am (rm626) each day we were there. It was a very consistant noise that woke us up each day very early. I sounded like it was coming from inside the walls when someone would be showering. It was 3 consistant knocking. I advised the front desk but said since I booked with ******* I would have to take the issue up with them. Our housekeeper was very nice and breakfast staff and gentleman who came and advised us they turned the boiler on due to not having hot water the first night.
