It was another amazing experience seeing the upgraded changes, Castelfalfi is become one of the best luxurious place to visit. Everytime we discover something more interesting to see and enjoy, great place for families and corporate visit.

Great and excellent experience with the luxurious ambience within a natural environment. Beautiful place for refreshing and relaxing to enhance general wellness. Enjoyed all the variety of foods, nuts and most especially the fresh green olives, awesome!!! 5 star recommendations

It's a wonderful hotel, an excellent hospitality, amazing food, and a rejoicing mood. You can truly enjoy the essence of nature. This is the place where I would love to come again and again to relax myself.

A truly superb n unforgettable experience we had during five days stay from 3rd to 7th Nov,23. This actually turned out to be no less than a heavens paradise. It could not have been any better. Even the hospitality rendered by team Castel Falfi was at its top best with total personal care. And landscaped beauty with perfectly lush green velvet golf course, plantations etc were memorable.

We spent 7 night at Castelfalfi on our honeymoon. Overall we had a wonderful stay and were sad to leave. Great touches (like a gluten free cake for my wife in the room when we arrived - or a “Happy National Day” dessert in our room on the 4th of July), friendly employees, a quaint Burgo and vibrant plant life all over the property really made this an easy place to settle into. Pros: -Breakfast was great each morning -The views from the property are stunning -A very relaxing pool (although we got destroyed by mosquitos by the pool every day - would definitely some bug spray) -Lots of activities on offer (we went wine tasting, golfing and truffle hunting. Fun!) -Very solid wine list -Cocktails were great Cons: -Our dinner at Olivina was definitely not a highlight. Service was bizarrely slow and inattentive (45 minutes between each course, leaving dirty dishes behind, really hard to even get any bodies attention), food was mostly fine (pastas were lovely, proteins were fine, starters were not) but dinner was $400 and everything felt inferior to what we ate at the more casual restaurant on property -Pool service was really spotty - easier to just get up and order something yourself. Not a big deal. -Maybe a one off but there were SO MANY kids at the hotel while we were there, screaming as they ran around the pool. Of course happy for the families enjoying their vacation, just a consideration for us next time we’re in Tuscany -The location is “centrally” located but not really close to anything, and the drive out is a little dicey at night -Our room (junior deluxe suite) just had a view of a construction site, with workers out our window all day. I inquired about a potential upgrade (after they emailed me proactively about it) - was offered one for the low low price of $1,300 additional dollars per night. Lol. -Golf was crazy expensive and the course was in really mediocre shape unfortunately. The views were great though! Most of my critiques are nitpicking. The hotel is wonderful. Whether or not it’s $2k/night wonderful is subjective, but we really enjoyed our stay.

We read some of the negative reviews before visting and they cannot have been more wrong! The service here was impeccable, I feel like these people must have been at a different hotel! The staff were so accommodating, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The place itself is beautiful, dining with the most incredible views. We did the wine tasting experience, as well as the vesper hire where we drove to San Gimignano, both were great fun! Thanks for such a fantastic 3 nights, it was the perfect end to our Italian holiday!

My family and I stayed in the brand new suites, contemporary Tuscan design and equipped with state-of-the-art technology and amenities, the best suites you can experience in Italy. Super recommended for children as well, my grandchildren had a great time at the adventure park. We look forward to returning again to this wonderful resort surrounded by the Tuscan hills.

We stayed here for a few days during Aug holiday season with kids. Generally speaking the hotel is well managed by a new GM and his thoughts and ideas may take some time to filter. We had a few teething issues upon arrival in first day or two but generally they fixed and we were able to enjoy the stay. Views are amazing. Thoughts with kids: Summer walks may be difficult due to heat though we managed. The park is a good add on and definitely worth doing with kids: The kids club was amazing and special thanks to them who managed to keep kids entertained with activities and bread making; Pool time was find for kids. Thank you also to the GM and chef both who assisted to make the stay special.

WOW! WOW!! Absolutely beautiful property! Everything here, from the furnishing, linens, gym, food, staff and service makes Castelfalfi among the best!! Every where you look you see beautiful and modern design in the main hotel with incredible views of the hills. The outdoor patios are furnished beautifully and allow you to view the surrounding stress and sunset!! There is a little village 2 minute walk from the main hotel area that is so quaint and decorated for the Christmas season we want to return and see it again in the spring/summer. The breakfast is immense and numerous options available. Having a well equipped gym is one item I always hope for and the one here is perfect. Everything is virtually brand new! We did a truffle hunting tour and cooking class along with the wine and olive oil tasting. In each activity, the experience was superb! I highly recommend a visit and stay here, it is truly amazing!!
