Sweetie S. Thanks to Royal Grand staffs, especially Bilal for making my visit to Liberia really special and comfortable. Biall is the to go to person, his work ethic is amazing and beyond professional, he’s efficient, hospitable, kind, and responsive. Overall, the entire Royal Grand team is very well rounded. Quality service is what I got during my stayed. I give a 5-star to the cleaning crew, and the restaurant crew. Thanks to all of you for the hospitality. Royal Grand is definitely my first choice hotel while in Liberia.

I’m obsessed with the rooftop at Royal. They make some great cocktails and the aesthetic of the hotel is very beautiful. It seems like they took the time to provide something for Everyone. The service is great too if you befriend the staff. My favorite staffer is Belah at the front desk , super helpful guy. Looking forward to my next visit honestly!

Royal Grand Hotel, bar none, is my hotel of choice whenever I’m in Liberia. My husband and I regularly have a staycation on some weekends at RGH. Albeit, I’ve realized my choice is simply because of the excellent service provided us by one of their employees, Bilal. Bilal continuously checks in on us. He never ceases to make inquiries about our stay at each encounter with him. He diligently ensures our needs are met and offers necessary recommendations. It’s nice to know the check in process does not stop after the first day. Bilal is truly a valuable asset to many of the guest there. I’ve watched and marveled at his camaraderie with the RGH guests over the years. A million thanks to Bilal always. Looking forward to our next trip soon.

This is one of the best hotels I have been in Liberia, The reception staff are very warm and welcoming, their rooms are excellent. The hotel has 2 beautiful restaurants, my favourite is the rooftop bar and restaurant, The ambiance is beautiful and their food is delicious. My experience with Royal Hotel is one that I can’t put into words but it’s worth every dollar. Royal Grand hotel is one of the few hotels in Liberia with the best bathrooms, always clean.

Well run smallish hotel with friendly helpful staff and good options for food and drink including great sandwich/ salad bar and rooftop Asian fusion and others. Big, comfortable rooms and all in good order. Serviceable gym.

Whenever I visit Liberia I stay at the Royal Grand Hotel. Staff is always welcoming and happy to assist. The breakfast is lovely and accommodates various dietary requirements. Most of all, Bilal goes an extra mile to ensure that his guests are comfortable. During my last trip I was not feeling well and Bilal supported me in getting help and I recovered quickly thereafter. My stay was two weeks and this can feel too long when travelling for business, however the set-up and amenities at the hotel makes it bearable. Also, our team had activities away from the city requiring that we spend some night away and Bilal made sure that our luggage was safe kept safe at all times. Royal Grand Hotel is literally a one stop shop with ease of access to restaurants, pizza bar, spa & salon, bakeries etc. I will recommend this hotel anytime and they definitely deliver on the 5-star promise.

I always feel at home at the Royal Grand Hotel. From recognizing smiling and welcoming faces to enjoying the comforts that the Hotel offers, I am always grateful to be there. Bilal takes such good care of his guests, as do all the hotel staff. Indeed this is an oasis...with amazing restaurants, a lovely spa, and comfortable and pristine rooms. There is no better option in Monrovia.

The staff is extremely helpful. Bilal the hotel manager is the best at providing service. The hotel is an oasis in the city for work and leisure. The spa is one of the best experiences I have had for massage.
