Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room and facilities at Torlands were clean, tidy, and extremely comfortable in every way; nothing was lacking. The property is in a very quiet & peaceful location with parking available on site and spectacular views from the veranda. Our breakfast was tasty, well cooked, and substantial - a very pleasant stay indeed.

I needed peace and quiet, and to be looked after on a 4 day business trip - the hosts fulfilled that need and more! The accommodation is of a high calibre. Spotless, airy and cosy warm, the room was bright and of the highest quality, the attention to detail and my particular needs was above excellent. The bed was a dream to sleep in after my busy days there. Breakfast was timely and tasty. Nothing was too much trouble - you are made to feel special, the surroundings and views of the countryside were an extra bonus, but my free time was limited as a result of my business schedule, which was a shame. Would I go again? Oh yes in a heartbeat!

Absolutely stunning house with stunning views and fabulous hosts. Genuinely cannot praise this place enough, Bharat and Ann really make you feel at home in their wonderful house. Would most definitely return if ever in the area. Loved it.

This b&b is run by a lovely couple who couldn't do enough for us. The views from the upstairs lounge are amazing. The location is at the top of a sizeable hill and so walking into the town is difficult. The family room we had was nice in terms of size but the main bed was very uneven and sloped to the sides, and the child's lilo bed was pretty uncomfortable for our 5 year old. The quality of the breakfast ingredients was good however they were not cooked very well.

Great place to stay, while visiting family near Monmouth. Very welcoming hosts, super comfy and spacious ensuite room and a brilliant breakfast! Such amazing views across the valley, while we had breakfast. With a full range of breakfast on offer and everything freshly cooked. Thank you for making us feel at so home!

Mum and I were staying here for the third time as it's her favourite B and B and we've stayed at a few! Excellent accommodating hosts,spacious rooms,comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast.Thoroughly recommended.

Such a lovely place. Nothing too much trouble. Owners very friendly and welcoming. Positioned on top of a steep hill. 20 min walk into town centre. Fabulous countryside views. Breakfast amazing. Felt very comfortable.

It was very comfortable and clean. They have a huge lounge upstairs with a great view of the area. Shower, free WiFi. Lots of electrical outlets. The parking was a bit tight but it was good enough. Beautiful view of the mountains

Really enjoyed our stay! Lovely spacious room with all the facilities you would require . There is a lounge area for guests which has magnificent views. Really friendly and hospitable hosts that make for a really pleasant stay . Excellent breakfast , would definitely return !
