This was my first visit to Monbetsu, and the service provided by the staff was very good. The building and facilities are old, but it wasn't a problem. There was nowhere to eat around the hotel (is this the case for the whole of Monbetsu?), so I had trouble finding dinner. (There were two convenience stores nearby, but) I had breakfast as reviews said the breakfast was good, but I was disappointed, probably because of the time of year. It was just an ordinary hotel breakfast. I visited Monbetsu during drift ice season.

The public bath was open for long periods of time so I could relax.

We always stay here when staying in Monbetsu. The rooms are clean. The hot springs also have a sauna and a coin laundry. Breakfast includes seafood and curry rice. We also have Okoppe drinks and yogurt, which are popular in Hokkaido, and will satisfy both your heart and stomach in the morning.

In the summer, I stayed at the nearby Monbetsu Prince, so this time I stayed one night at the Monbetsu Central Hotel and one night at the Monbetsu Prince. It was late January and there was still no drift ice and there were not many tourists. My suitcases and other luggage were getting in the way when I was moving my rental car, so I stopped by in the afternoon to drop off my luggage and was told that I could check in. I was a bit surprised, but the female staff at the front desk was so helpful and I was so impressed with the knowledge that I was able to check in all over Hokkaido. The explanation of the coupon for the travel support "HOKKAIDO LOVE! Discount" was very detailed and gave me a good impression. As expected, the hotel building and rooms are old, but it was very well maintained and the cleaning staff were very professional. ♪The selling point is the ``Breakfast Buffet'', but the variety is a little less compared to Prince, but the quality and content of the buffet menu is here.I personally prefer ``Central'' ♪Next Where will you stay? Since there are no business hotels in Monbetsu city, this hotel, which has long been classified as a city hotel, has become a business hotel and has a high ratio of work clothes. I thought there were a lot of tourists at the breakfast venue. (Although recent business hotels and tourists can be seen here and there). The hotel's facilities are old-fashioned. There is a high step at the entrance to the unit bath, so it feels far from barrier-free. The west building where I stayed had a card key, but it was given to me in a holder with the room number written on it. I'm worried about security if I go to the public bath with that key. The coin laundry located in the public bath is free of charge and the dryer is available for a fee. There were three of each. It is unclear how crowded the area is as many people wear work clothes.
