Relais Villa Prato

Pleasant surprise. Structure completely renovated recently (2016 if I'm not mistaken). Comfortable and tastefully furnished suite. Cordial welcome with welcome gift in the room. Intimate, clean and quiet wellness area. Available 3 swimming pools, turkish bath, sauna and various relaxation areas. During the day, enjoy the view from the residence's "terraces". We could not evaluate the restaurant because it is busy with a catering service. However, the town offers first-rate catering solutions (eg Osteria La Marlera).

A jewel set in a small ancient village. Out of the most popular destinations. An oasis of peace. Spacious and well-kept rooms. Delightful staff. Large and very quiet spa area. Great for walking and cycling between vineyards and hills. A 4 star that has nothing to envy to the 5 stars. The cuisine is also excellent. We'll be back. Adriana and Andrea

We spent the night of December 26-27 at Villa Prato. The reception is icy and we clearly have the impression of disturbing. For good reason: we are the only guests of the hotel! We learn that the restaurant is closed that evening and we ask the receptionist for a restaurant in the area. Answer: look on the Internet. The breakfast buffet does not exist, we are offered to order à la carte but each time we want to take something the answer is the same: we are not sorry. The server is nevertheless much more friendly and ready to help than the receptionist the evening of our arrival. The spa and relaxing message are very good. In summary, we are disappointed with the welcome and not having been able to take advantage of the catering and even if the period is not favorable for tourism, we would have liked to be able to take advantage of all the services of the hotel as well as a warmer welcome.

Fantastic place - fantastic spa department and, not least, top notch service. Good food - the only thing was that the restaurant was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday and so was the rest of the town.

Nice discovery quiet hotel nice distillery to visit

In itself very nice hotel, tastefully decorated, well implemented. But the service did not live up to the stars of the hotel. Too little information at the beginning of the check-in. You had to ask everything. We had a grappa tasting included. The tour was very interesting and worth seeing. However, the receptionist sent us to the distillery on foot. It was along the main road with no sidewalk and very dangerous as the cars couldn't see you. Something like that just doesn't work. Or you could take the car ( which makes no sense if you drink alcohol and have the car with you ). What really annoyed me was the restaurant reservation for dinner. We wanted to have our dinner on the first floor in the very posh dining room. That's what we were told when we checked in. When we came to dinner they wanted to fobbe us off in the breakfast room in a back corner with a large Italian company. After complaining, we were allowed to eat on the upper floor. The reception was not manned until 10 a.m. on the day of departure, since the lady had apparently overslept. The guests were then allowed to wait until the receptionist appeared with the settlement. What also needs improvement is the lighting in the wellness area. I stumbled into a foot disinfection basin there and stepped on my foot. It was badly lit and not visible. Overall we were disappointed with our stay and would have expected better for the money. There is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to service. I would not recommend the hotel. You didn't feel welcome as a guest. I had booked the offer through Secret Escapes.
