Unfortunately, the service at the front desk is not in place. As such a luxurious hotel, there is no welcoming service, and the luggage must be brought into the room by yourself; there is no TV in the room. In addition, the quality of breakfast is also average and the hot food is not hot. I am from Singapore. Stay in this hotel from 24 Oct to 28 Oct. The hotel boss, Mr Wang give an excellent services to us. He is extremely friendly and helpful. It is indeed the first-ranked homestay in Arctic Village. It is very warm. I called to confirm the day before I checked in. The location is also in a prime location. It takes only 10 minutes to walk from the post office. When I entered the Arctic Village, I took a sightseeing bus and pulled it to the entrance of the store. The housekeeper is a young handsome guy and beauty. I introduced many matters and the route of the village very enthusiastically. I also arranged a chartered master to take us to Beihong Village and Woman's Foot Bay. I also picked wild blueberries. The children liked it very much. At night, the lights were turned off and the stars were full. At 8 o'clock every night, there is a little housekeeper at the door of the store. It attracts many people to listen. You can order songs. It is a wonderful 4 days and 3 nights trip to the Arctic Village. It is cool for thieves during the day and cool for thieves at night. I have the opportunity to come back in winter.

Among the famous hotels in Arctic Village, I chose to stay in a hotel. The facilities of Bizhang Hotel are more complete, and the rooms are more comfortable. Opposite the hotel is the Heilongjiang Monument, and you can see the Heilongjiang River flowing eastward from the room. The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the transportation hub of Beiji Village. Seeing that we are old, the hotel staff took the initiative to help us carry our luggage up and down the stairs. The park transportation driver provided good service. When it rained heavily, the car drove directly to the parking lot next to the self-driving car at the entrance of the park. The hotel breakfast was very ordinary. There was no coffee or milk for such a high room price, and the soy milk tasted very light.

Just for the special water scoop welded by the hotel itself [splash water into ice], I have to strongly recommend everyone to stay here! I boiled a pot of hot water and brought cups for the room. When I passed by the front desk, I was told that boiling water and a water ladle had been prepared for us. This water ladle has a unique design and a 100% success rate. Remember to shoot with backlight. We didn't turn off the ignition because we were afraid of freezing in the car at night. The hotel was worried that we had forgotten and even came to remind us. Advantages: The hotel parking lot is large, and there are charging piles, which are very friendly for self-driving trams. The furniture in the room is all European style, and the bedding is clean and hygienic. The staff at the front desk of the hotel were kind and helpful, and even helped carry the suitcases to the room. The breakfast is average, not too many varieties but enough! Disadvantages: 1. There are only three plugs in the room, one in the TV cabinet (for the TV and the kettle), one in the bathroom (for the hair dryer), and one on the wall (a three-prong socket). It’s difficult for two people to charge their phones at the same time! 2. The bathroom is too small and the shower design is unreasonable. Once you take a shower, the whole bathroom is filled with water! 3. The room attendant knocked on the door at 7:30 in the morning to do some cleaning (this was the first time I encountered such a ”hard-working” waiter. Although it was early in the morning, he didn't ask me to check out at 7:30) 4. The internet in the room is so rubbish that it can't be used at all. This hotel is not the most expensive hotel I have stayed in for half a month. The service is particularly good. We booked 5 rooms on Trip.com. The front desk directly gave a free room upgrade. The room can reach at least four stars. The breakfast is very rich, but it is not insulated, and the night is cold. We ordered dinner in the restaurant and it tasted good. We renewed our reservation for another night and the special iron pot stew in the hotel's own farmyard was also very good.
