Just a perfect spot to stay in with the family. Both toddler and teenager had a fabulous time playing around the villa. It was so quiet and nothing was too much trouble for our host Gianni. He welcomed us with all the information we required and made us instantly feel at home. Our rooms were adjoining leading out to the lovely terrace. All was clean and practical. Communal fully equipped kitchen was a blessing for the family. Outdoor area is bliss and a wide variety of facilities offered. Place needs a little TLC but everything we needed functioned well. The EV charging stations were such a relief especially after a day driving around Sicily. I'd highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway in the peaceful laid back serenity of Modica.

Il titolare di villa rosa è un signore gentilissimo ed alla mano che sa dare molte indicazioni su cosa andare a visitare.... La villetta è situata in un punto strategico dove il 10 minuti si può essere al mare oppure nel centro di modica... Villa tranquilla sita in un zona non molto trafficata.... Camera super pulita con annesso il bagno dove abbiamo visto che c'era a disposizione pure un phon ed un caldo bagno..... Il giardino un posto molto tranquillo con diversi posti a sedere con sedie,panchine, dondoli.... Se vogliamo trovare una pecca e che ci sono molti stili diversi tutti insieme nel giardino, ma del resto non si può dire nulla..... Posto sicuramente dove andrò di nuovo 😍

Hote parfait. Tres serviable.C'est une grande maison avec 5 chambres , un grand jardin, une cuisine impeccable partagée, salle à manger. Grand parking. Tres calme. 5 km du centre de Modica. Nous voulions y passer 1 nuit, nous sommes restes 3 nuits! Je recommande 100 %. Les WE , IL Y A SOUVENT DES FETES .pour nous ce n était pas un problème, nous avons été invites à participer à la fete

Struttura bellissima e confortevole. Il signor Gianni è una persona fantastica, che cura perfettamente i suoi clienti e la sua struttura. Posizione nel bel mezzo della natura, ti permette veramente di staccare dalla routine quotidiana.

Permanenza felice da Villa rosa. Accoglienza e disponibilità uniche da parte di Gianni. Ambiente molto carino e ospitale in tutti i suoi spazi. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e in famiglia: consigliatissimo.

L'esperienza a Villa Rosa è stata veramente bellissima. Il luogo è leggermente fuori da Modica in un contesto di campagna molto rilassante. La struttura è in un contesto molto tranquillo, le camere pulitissime e con tutti i comfort. Molto carina l'idea di mettere a disposizione tutto il necessario come phon, dentifricio e shampoo in corridoio, gratuitamente. È presente una zona comune con una bellissima cucina che si può usare pagando una cifra irrisoria di soli 10 euro. Vi è una zona bar H24 per poter fare dei caffè gratuitamente e ovviamente il wifi in tutta la struttura. Esternamente vi è un ampio spazio che è una zona relax molto carina. La colazione (inclusa) viene fatta in un bar che dista soli 5 minuti di auto. Ciò che ci ha colpito di più è la gentilezza e la simpatia del proprietario. È possibile effettuare self check-in e il proprietario invia un video molto dettagliato che ti guida passo passo in ogni operazione. Noi abbiamo preferito farlo in presenza e abbiamo così avuto la possibilità di apprezzare l'ospitalità di Gianni e di avere delle dritte preziosissime su dove poter cenare. Tornerei molto volentieri in questa struttura e la consiglio assolutamente. Ho amato la tranquillità la mattina appena svegli, l'aria di campagna e quel sentirsi "a casa".
