We stayed at this hotel over Easter and were surprised to be told there would be no staff on-site from Thursday afternoon until Tuesday morning. No cleaning, no service of any sort, just a rack with some spare towels and other amenities. Also, no access to the secure parking. It seems like that is something we should have been informed about during the booking process.
On the positive side we did have dinner at the Picasso restaurant on the one night it was open and the food and service was very good.

We had a deluxe queen bed with spa and balcony, only one arm chair and one kitchen chair in the room a little uncomfortable to sit in for the evening.

Over a good stay, the only bad thing was the party down stairs you could hear in your rooms was very annoy to full asleep to music at 10pm.

All staff were amazing. House keeping staff were more than happy to make up my room daily.
My only criticism would be the tight check in hours.
Aside from that Sferas is a great place to stay. It backs onto civic park which is a beautiful green space.

Won’t stay here again, the reception is only between 9am and 5pm which was not helpful when you need help the most after returning to the room at the end of the day. The cleaning was not thorough, the spa bath filter had hair trapped and looked unhygienic. The air conditioning didn’t work at all.

$180 for the bond is excessive. Room was nice but having the mini bar stocked with products from Coles and Aldi is a cheap approach and at standard mini bar prices.
