The front desk service was awesome. The first room I was assigned had floor planks sticking up. I was reassigned to another room. The second room had several issues. The toilet was usually small and low. The peek hole cover didn't close. Carpet stains. There was no chairs on the balcony. The desk area was not clean. The refrigerator was not clean.

Stayed for a week and was "upgraded" to a suite and the TV in the living room and the bedroom did not work, It was reported to the front desk. The next day the maintenance person came to fix and said it is a common issue at this hotel. He was in the room a majority of the day and could not fix it. I was only offered a different room on the final night of stay. I declined and was told to talk with the front desk before checking out. Upon check out the front desk attendant was too busy on the phone to speak with me, she told me that my receipt would be emailed. I did send an email to the general manager and zero response. I reached out to marriott guest services and they stated someone would reach out to me within 3-5 days and still nothing weeks later. Do not stay here unless it is to just sleep and make sure to not get a room on the highway side as it is very loud.

I have been here several times back in the past But this is my first time coming here since they remodel and let me tell you the hotel is very clean and look wonderful and they have a very outstanding staff. That’s greeting and very nice. Look forward to coming back.

The service was excellent! The 2 people serving dinner Jessica and Rock were awesome. During the time I was there, they made me feel like I was at home. Veronica and India at the front desk were awesome also. If you ask a question, they answer you and make sure you are satisfied before they go on to the next thing.

India at the front desk makes sure my stay is always comfortable. I travel as hospice nurse and my days are pretty stressful but she is always courteous, professional, and available! Those qualities that she possesses makes my day so much brighter. I give her and this hotel and 10/10

I rate my stay a 1 due to the housekeeping staff being dishonest. I accidentally left my prescription eye glasses in the room. I called the same day I checked out, and the person at the front desk said they couldn’t find it and to call the next stay when the Housekeeping supervisor returned. I called the following day, and was told the housekeeping supervisor was off, but no one turned in my glasses. I told the person on the phone, i was concerned because I know i left my glasses and whoever cleaned the room wasn’t being honest. The person on the phone said they would leave the housekeeping supervisor a email, and they would call me. As of today, no one has called and the staff is saying they didn’t find my glasses. I am a very loyal customer of Marriott, and i am highly disappointed of the dishonesty of the housekeeper staff. I have called Marriott Corporate office to file a formal complaint and case .

Building needs updates and repairs. Staff does and amazing job with what they are given. It is clean and the staff is super friendly.

The hotel exceeds expectations, a definite value for the money. Katrina, the front desk attendant was personable and a one woman welcome committee whose attentiveness made me feel extra comfortable. Katrina is a model for great customer service.
