Hilton Garden Inn Mobile West I-65/Airport Blvd.

From everyone at the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was so very nice pleasant and professional, and I thank you for the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful stay at your hotel. It was from my high school reunion and I was just so very comfortable and had everything we needed! The rooms were so very clean and the housekeeping staff on the third floor were amazing!

Driving into Mobile I felt home. I felt like I had returned home. When I pulled into the Hilton garden inn, went in and met the young lady at the counter, she was an amazing representative for the hilton. She helped me with my service animal, got me checked in and told me exactly how much I was going to owe because I wasn't even sure I was going to be able to stay due to having to rent a car that morning that set me back and put a hold on my card. I was able to afford it, and she was amazing and got me all settled in. The next morning I came down to the buffet and the amazing woman working at the buffet was so friendly and welcoming and got me set up with a to-go box so that I got breakfast for my son and some snacks for myself, and even got me a couple of snacks for my service animal. I was there Thursday and Friday night, and they got me taken care of Saturday morning with breakfast as well. The woman at the buffet was amazing and the counter staff were great checking out. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Everyone that I met that was staying there was friendly, and everyone that I met that was an employee was friendly and helpful. Parking was never an issue, and nobody harassed my service dog, and everybody was respectful of her. I kept a kennel in my room so that when I had to go out, my dog could stay in the kennel. My son and I enjoyed our room very much. The AC was as cold as you wanted it. The shower was amazing, as well as the pool and the hot tub. Bring your suit

Property is extremely old and out dated!! The shower was not leveled in my room so literally the middle of tub is sinking in the shower. Very unpleasant and not feel like relaxing or spa like at all so if that’s what your looking for don’t stay here. Staff was nice and helpful and pool was clean and open. Didn’t get to try breakfast so not much info for that sorry

The room was clean. The kitchen and staff were nice. Air conditioning kept the room clean. The water in the sink ran out very slow. The towel rack was in the shower with the clean towels. The EV Charger was charging correctly. It charged my hubby 3 times when he on charged 2x. It did send refund.

Nice property.Located near interstate and mall Only issue was someone set off the firearm.

Stayed one night at Hilton Garden Mobile — overall a great experience. The young lady who checked me in was wonderful (I wish I remembered her name) and made the process quick and pleasant. My room was very peaceful and comfortable; the decor felt a bit dated, but it didn’t take away from a relaxing stay. Would definitely return.

The housekeeping staff knocked on my door multiple times before checkout time just to ask me if I was checking out. Despite the fact that I hung the do not disturb sign on the door. The first person that knocked on the door actually woke up me up. It was quite unpleasant.

This is my preferred hotel when visiting Mobile, AL. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, it has become my preferred hotel. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is cleaned and not drab with quality amenities and toiletries. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
