Best Western Plus Mobile Inn Suites

Facility was unwilling to negotiate a reschedule so my company pays for an empty room. Corporate has now blocked the use of this facility thus they will loose all future business

Bed could be better, Breakfast Great

Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby but the roads are confusing in that area. Not the fault of the hotel but, not entirely easy to navigate either. But yes it was a convenient location and the property was clean, and the staff was nice and helpful. No issues.

Very clean and staff were very nice. No problem with checking in or out. My only problem was the noise at 3 & 4 o’clock in the morning. I was there for a 3 day training class and getting woken up out my sleep that time of the morning was very disturbing.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was ok but did have a good variety. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the pillows were not comfortable. But I would stay there again.

It was mine and my Group’s first visit to your hotel and overall it went very well. As we meet in the mobile area one or two times a year there’s a good chance you’ll see us again. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating.

Good location and tennis court on site for our warm up for a tournament at the Mobile USTA tennis center.
