D´Gecko Hotel Reviews

We had a pleasant stay at D Gecko Hotel overall. The hotel is located a bit farther in along an unpaved road, which made the access slightly inconvenient. We booked a family room, and it was very spacious, perfect for our group. It came with two single beds and one double bed, which made it comfortable for everyone. We also appreciated the small details like having a kettle in the room and a free water dispenser available for refills, which was a big plus. The only downside for us was the pillows, which were not very comfortable for sleeping. Aside from that, it was a nice stay and good value for families.

The hotel is in good condition and quite authentic. We were warmly welcomed and everything was explained clearly. We left a deposit which was returned to us without any issues. The room itself is very good, with air conditioning, a pleasant view, and an excellent shower. The hotel is a five-minute walk from the beach, where you can see sardines and turtles. Thank you!

The hotel's location is fantastic! Right outside, you can experience the sardine run, and there's free unlimited snorkeling all day. Plus, there's a travel agency right by the entrance. Besides the sardine run, I highly recommend visiting Kawasan Falls!

Excellent hotel with a great location! It's right by Sardine Beach, and you don't hear any roosters crowing or music from the bars. Yet, it's only a three-minute walk to Panagsama Road, where there are plenty of cafes and bars. The staff are excellent, it's clean, and the room has everything you need.

Great location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach. You can even spot sardines and turtles right from the shore! The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and have everything you need, including a kettle – exactly as pictured. The manager was a huge help with the transfer. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean little hotel with an excellent location to the beach and dive shops. Only complaint was the water pressure was not great and you were only able to take warm showers. Would finely stay here again.

basic & functional room. quite good for the area. good location. walk to the beach & sardine run. i tried the scuba shop/center beside the hotel. had an amazing time in the water.
