But it is never ”a elegant response”, but it is very comfortable with the response of the feeling that it is ”a little to the regular and responds comfortably” though there is a courtesy but warm. I, my friends, my friends, have been around １０ nights, but I have never felt dissatisfied with each time. Rather than being well educated, you will be impressed by the high consciousness of the person who works or the motivation. The location is great and it is a hotel that I want to survive as it is.

Ctrip’s staff is not good, Starbucks downstairs has been relocated for a long time, and a picture of the Starbucks upstairs is to mislead people. Obviously Mito stood very close, he just walked in the rain for more than ten minutes. There is no elevator from the first floor to the second floor. You don’t need to consider large luggage unless you can carry it by yourself. The room is average. The air conditioner is very dirty and all gray, not very recommended

The standards of the hotel, in terms of design, cleanliness & comfort amazed me and wife. Service from car park, reception to restaurant was really commendable. Breakfasts were meticulously served with first morning in Japanese set and the second in Western. I don't know how old the hotel is but the working and upkeeping condition of the interiors and fittings is superbly impressive and puts many newly opened hotels I had stayed to shame. For the price we paid, this is a really an unusually spacious hotel (room & public areas). During our 8 nights of travelling from Tokyo - Kusatsu - Minakami - Tokyo, this hotel was the best and we will highly recommend to anyone who visits Mito. My congratulation & praise to the staff and management of the Mito Plaza Hotel. Keep it up!

We used it on our return from Sendai. I arrived at the station because it was dark, but I was able to go without hesitation because I understood the signboard. There was a supermarket and convenience store right in front of me, so I could shop. The room was large and clean enough. Because of the double window, the track was close, but it was quiet and I could sleep well. Due to the influence of the new corona virus, breakfast was served and lunch was cold and hard. I left about two-thirds of them, and I think it's better to make a reservation without meals and warm them at a convenience store nearby. I was satisfied except breakfast.
