Room wasn’t cleaned properly, there was confetti on the lights from a previous guest, hair on the floor and around 11pm found bed bugs on a pillow. Went down to the front desk to show them, told them we were leaving. Had to call ******* and it took almost an hour to get my refund . Front desk told me it would be done automatically, but it wasn’t until we were packed up and in the car that she mentioned to my boyfriend on the way out that she needed my card to process it. No additional coupons or additional assistance if I brought these bugs home with me, nothing. And nothing from ******* either. Had to drag my ten month old child out into the cold at midnight to switch hotels. Terrible terrible night.
