Room was not very clean and we woke up in the middle of the night with a roach in the bathroom. We had to throw away our toothbrush not knowing if it was crawling over them. And this was a birthday stay for me. Second time staying here. First time was amazing this time. Not so much. Not sure if we will stay here again.

We stayed here to go to the Orange Bowl game for College Football. This hotel was 8 miles from stadium and quite easy to get to.

We checked in and as soon as we opened the door the room smelled as if the carpet was wet. Then my wife went in the bathroom and it was dirty. Pictures included

The use of overkill with fabulous was horrible. Could not breathe and ended up leaving at 6 am after che king at at 1 am. it was a cheap deodorizer and it was very heavy. First time for a Hilton
After i showered i tried to use the top towel to clean my face and it smelled like urine clearly. Had to rewash and used my clothes to dry up. Now sure how but clearly that towel was used and folded back
Worse part though the complimentary breakfast. Only coffee and tea are offered. No juices are bottled water or tap water. When asked, the from desk clerk told me that i could purchase one or pay $14 for breakfast. Not sure how you can advertise free breakfast and not include drinking water to guests
this wAS A FIRST AND REAL disappointment for Hilton.

We stayed on the 4th floor and the hallway was extremely humid. It was so humid the doors for all the rooms are warped, making it hard for the door to shut. We could not find the ice machine and when we asked the front desk where it was, we were told all of them were broken. Our refrigerator in the room did not cool properly either. We had to put a bag of ice to keep it cool

Very nice hotel and location. Rooms were very nice and clean. Hotel staff were friendly. It did take a long time for us to check in the hotel room due to the fact the room ran out of the rooms we reserved or they just weren’t clean yet. The staff was forgiving of this. In the morning the water pressure for the shower wasn’t anything to be desired. It seemed like the whole hotel was taking a shower all at the same time. Overall I would stay there again, it’s a very nice area but the hotel itself had some flaws.
