The hotel was immaculately presented, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location suited our needs for walking distance to the New Year’s Eve celebrations.

This hotel is just dirty and offers limited service. It should be a 2.5 star hotel on a 5 star beach. I stayed for 10 days. There was zero house keeping in those 10 days. They don’t tell you that when you book just a convenient note at the front desk when you check in. If you would like to change your own sheets and vacuum the beach sand up from your room a few times during your stay I have found they do not lock the service closets, which is nice because that makes it for an easy self service. Expect to take out your own trash and towels as well because they don’t bother doing that either. To add on to the self service inspired hotel, when you order food carryout anywhere on property you can expect to have 15% service fee applied. Seems right, walk to the counter, order my own food, come back and pick it up, pay 15% service fee. You can avoid that if you are one of the lucky few in probably a 500+ room hotel to get one of the 12 lobby bar tables. If there is a convention forget about that luck. Better off leaving the property. The hallways are filled with trash because of no housekeeping. The rooms are disgusting because of no house keeping. My brother and sister in-law had a room where we are pretty sure there was a murder or at minimum a solid brawl. They got in the room to find blood splatter on curtains and couch as wells as walls and windows. Unfortunately they realized it after the first night when they flipped over a pillow that was slept on to find it covered with blood and mucus. Probably the murder weapon. Hotel gave them a couple free nights and replaced the bed, curtains, and couch. But really all this is is evidence that house keeping does not even change sheets between guests. Really its the most disgusting thing I have ever heard of. Anyway, this is the 2nd time I have been disgusted by this hotel. It really is a shame since my wife and I were married here in 2012 and we have literally sent hundreds of people here. At this point I am done. I’m really just done with Hilton all together. They don’t give 2 flips about their guests and I’m done. I’m going to try out Marriott and Hyatt. Maybe one of them care. For anyone at Hilton who cares, probably nobody. Ill also be canceling my Hilton AMEX and forgetting about whats left of my Diamond status. Who cares what your status is when the hotel is dirty and service sucks?

Love being able to not worry about a thing when we come to the beach! Matt LaBounty and his team have those chairs and umbrellas set up before I even roll out of bed! They even came to check on us multiple times and I can’t think of a better way to rest and relax than having someone help make the sand an easier place to just relax…. Thanks for all your help!
