The first time I went to Belarus, I booked this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the city center, very close to the famous Red Ribbon Shopping Center. It is very convenient for shopping. The indoor environment of the hotel is good, and the view is very good. You can see Lagoon of tears, a swimming pool and fitness club are very good, and the breakfast is rich. The disadvantage is: there is no anti-lock device on the door, which gives people a sense of insecurity. Because some minor incidents happened, a few men on the same floor watched them. They knocked on the door at night, called to harass them, and suffered a little fright. Later, I asked to change the room. The room I changed was a bit cold, and the facilities in the room were a bit outdated. The overall experience was not bad!

I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

We were in Mink when the vice president of the Republic was also on an official visit here, and I met the advance team. We stayed at this hotel for two or three weeks. The hotel room is very comfortable, the service is great, the location is very good, this hotel is definitely the best choice for accommodation in Minke.

Nice hotel with modern look in the city of Minsk. Its close to everything you need. The rooms are good and clean. Unfortunatley, there is no SPA or pool in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult to speak in English with some of them.

This hotel certainly demonstrates a high level of attention-to-detail in every way. Extremely friendly and courteous staff that goes above-and-beyond, however unfortunately it would be impossible to list all the names of the staff that well exceeded our expectations. The food was high quality and exceptional as well as the food service staff. Check-in was extremely easy thanks to the friendliness of the front desk staff that allowed us an early check-in on arrival (kindly note that this benefit is not always available). Everything at the hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool and associated amenities are among the best that we have experienced in any hotel; relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. The hotel is well situated within close proximity to many attractions including the large and impeccably clean Minsk Aqua Park. The rooms are spacious and house keeping staff very accommodating. The price is extremely affordable in comparison to other more expensive hotels that don't measure up to this hotel's level (and we have stayed in many hotels around the world). We would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Minsk for either business or pleasure!

In my answer that my birthday today and for me, apparently made an exception , without bringing anything, said , “that they are not responsible for congratulating the guests, that is done by someone else.” I have not heard even the elementary “birthday” from the hotel staff on my birthday. How carefully the hotel will treat me next time I don't have a special day - a rhetorical question for me. Likewise, when I approached the respiratory from the morning, asked when the beauty self opens, I was told ”we do not answer for them, they come somewhere to 11-12 hours.” When I approached the hour to the salon, there was a photo session of the model, apparently for the social networks. On my question, ”Can they wash and dry my hair” the staffer rolled his eyes and quietly told the administrator that she was planning to drink coffee and hair and I was offered to come an hour through 2-3 when I was already very uncomfortable. The reception staff was good, friendly and helpful. But the other bar and restaurant staff could not speak much English, the room cleaning was as clean as hell at first glance, but my money fell under the bed and when I wanted to pick it up, I was disgusted when I saw the condom garbage used by the previous guests. We chose the Planet Hotel for a stop in Minsk on our 30th anniversary of living together. very comfortable hotel. Beautiful view of the avenue, park, river. We asked for the 12th floor and were very pleased with the view from the panoramic windows. Liked the breakfast buffet. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. Thank you. We will recommend to friends.

I often fly to different countries and live in hotels accordingly, this time this hotel was relatively clean and good.
