Nice hotel with modern look in the city of Minsk. Its close to everything you need. The rooms are good and clean. Unfortunatley, there is no SPA or pool in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult to speak in English with some of them.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in early August. For two nights. Standard room. Well, what can I say? Bed and pillows are comfortable, the sauna is modern, sleep quietly even with open window (street is not central), slippers, coat. Candey is not boring. Clean. Close to metro station and opposite of the park which makes it a nice walk. Next to shopping malls and restaurant. Hotel is not brand new and has an antique 70's feel to it which is fabulous. Bed is comfortable and contains all necessary amenities. Nothing bad to say about this hotel- love the souvenir shop which makes things easy should you forget to purchase gifts....all in all- happy with this hotel in beautiful Belarus

The first time I went to Belarus, I booked this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the city center, very close to the famous Red Ribbon Shopping Center. It is very convenient for shopping. The indoor environment of the hotel is good, and the view is very good. You can see Lagoon of tears, a swimming pool and fitness club are very good, and the breakfast is rich. The disadvantage is: there is no anti-lock device on the door, which gives people a sense of insecurity. Because some minor incidents happened, a few men on the same floor watched them. They knocked on the door at night, called to harass them, and suffered a little fright. Later, I asked to change the room. The room I changed was a bit cold, and the facilities in the room were a bit outdated. The overall experience was not bad!

The view were so nice when it was snowing. rooms are warm and comfortable. Room service and reception are kind. The only thing makes us upset that this order doesn’t contain breakfast, and we should pay it every morning. To be honest, the breakfast was a little bit expensive than other hotel.

I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

Read the reviews.. didn't wait for 3-deck of magic, but not so much! Like in the center and so everything is bad.. SWOK! From the pluses only pleases the location. In the rest.. Breakfasts - if you want to eat at least something of that terriblely unflavorable, go to 7:00. Stayed here for nearly one week. It’s a quite new and modern hotel. The luxury rooms were big and spacious. The hotel staff were helpful and nice. The hotel has a big swimming pool and sauna. This hotel has some challenges with coordination of their airport taxi service. I feel the hotel staff can improve in this area, and therefore I give it only 4 stars. For example, I pre-ordered airport pickup from the hotel. When I arrived, no taxi was there and I called the hotel to ask where my taxi was. To be honest, the hotel was perceived as quite uninterested to help. Eventually the hotel gave me the taxis registration number and told me to go out on the parking space and search for it myself!! I felt that was quite rude and unprofessional. Besides, I have never experienced that a traveler is expected to leave the airport and search for the taxi on the parking space. Turned out that the taxi was late and wasn’t even at the airport by that time.

The room is very big, spacious and bright. The floor-to-ceiling windows are very large. The scenery outside the window is very good. The sunset is infinitely beautiful, but it is almost dusk. The breakfast is very rich. I will stay there again next time I go to Minsk

Мы с друзьями приехали в братскую Беларусь. Для проживания на две ночи в Минске выбрали гостиницу Турист. Когда заказывали номера на сайтах было либо ОЧЕНЬ дорого, либо гадюшник, либо не хватало номеров, а нам нужно было четыре. Что такое гостиница Турист. Это подуставшее творение ещё советских архитекторов. Мы с женой останавливались в ЛЮКСе. Двухкомнатный номер – спальня и гостиная, санузел. В гостиной – диван, кресла, телевизор, большой встроенный шкаф, маленький холодильник. В спальне – кровать с тумбочками, телевизор, стол, кондиционер (в стандартах, где проживали мои друзья – кондишена не было). Всё очень уставшее, матрас не удобный, кресла продавленные. В санузле (у нас) было и достаточное количество полотенец, и все требуемые умывальные принадлежности. Холодильник пуст, на столе стоит графин и стаканы, воду можно набрать в кулере на этаже. Номер был на 10-м этаже. Окна на ночь и утром лучше не открывать – близость дороги. Большой плюс гостиницы – находящееся в 100 метрах станция метро. 20 минут и ты в центре. Завтрак – это отдельная тема, которую хотелось бы осветить. На 6-х за завтрак мы отдали 4 т.р. (российскими). Ну казалось бы… Ан нет. Шведский стол очень беден, да и ещё этот завтра в нашей переписке получил название «завтрак дорблю». По названию куска хлеба с «благородной» плесенью, который был на столе. Каша оказалась кислой!!!! Ну и вообще – почти 700 руб за завтрак и получить убогую сырную нарезку, бумажные сосиски (это в стране с прекрасными колбасными изделиями). Реально можно было есть только омлет и глазунью. На второе утро мы не пошли на столь приятный завтрак, а поехали в центр, где за гораздо меньшие деньги с удовольствием хорошо и вкусно позавтракали в небольшом ресторанчике. Подводя итоги. На ночь-две остановится можно, если нет альтернативы. Сами, наверное, останавливаться не будем при последующих поездках. Как нам сказал гид, которого мы заказали для поездок по Беларуси: «За три года своей работы в этом бизнесе, я первый раз забираю кого-то из Туриста».
