It is a good hotel.

The hotel has a great environment, fresh air, and is clean and hygienic. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The staff are polite and welcoming. The environment is quiet and comfortable for sleeping at night. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Viktoria Olimp Hotel from the 7th to the 11th. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a pleasant view of the park and cathedral from the window. The linens, towels, and robes are snow-white, and there is a kettle with tea, coffee, and water, which is convenient and necessary after traveling. The biggest drawback was the lack of water, which barely dripped from the faucet near the sink, and a disgusting shower diverter: the water pressure was strong, but it was difficult to use the shower because it was malfunctioning! There is space for a refrigerator in the room, but there was no refrigerator. Breakfast (buffet) was simple, but the choice was quite wide, everything was fresh, overall we liked the breakfasts! The rooms are spacious, the carpet on the floor is stained, the double bed is large, the linens and towels are clean, no issues. If you want the towels changed, throw them on the floor. I don't know how often they change the bed linen; we haven't had any in four days. Other than refilling toiletries, bottled water, and replacing towels thrown on the floor, I haven't noticed any cleaning. Just like in Turkey, they won't make swans on the beds or make them up, and they also won't take tips from the table. It's probably not customary. The soundproofing of the doors is terrible; you can hear every rustle from the hallway. I was even unluckier: on the second day, Arabs checked in and until 1:00 AM, they were constantly walking back and forth between each other's rooms in the hallway, loudly discussing something, making noise, and going out onto the shared balcony to smoke and chat, and my windows were two meters from this balcony. The phrase "speak more quietly" brought them to their senses for an hour at most. The breakfast buffet was okay; there was always something to eat and plenty to choose from. Nothing fancy, but okay, quite good. Overall, the Arabs are the worst thing I can say about this hotel.

A good breakfast and friendly staff. A Turkish bath and jacuzzi are available free of charge from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the aqua zone. The only disappointing aspect was the state of the bathroom in the room (water leaks between the wall and the bathtub onto the floor when showering, which is not expected in a 4-star hotel; it needs renovations).

The location of this hotel is a bit far from the city center, but fortunately there is a comprehensive supermarket nearby. Opposite the hotel is Shenlin Park, which is a good choice for a walk. The hotel hygiene is acceptable.

The hotel service is good, the facilities are new, the breakfast is also good, there is no charge for going to the gym and bathing in the morning, but there is a charge after 11 o'clock, but the hotel is a bit remote, there is no subway station nearby, everything else is good

Good hotel, we stayed during the holidays. There are plenty of parking spaces, but everything is occupied during the holidays. The rooms are clean and spacious, the hall is beautifully decorated for the New Year. Breakfast was not included. There is a spa, but we did not rate its services either. The room has everything you need: hair dryer, water, kettle, etc.
