I recently found myself in a pinch and needed a cheap motel room fast! I found Norwood Inn and suites in Roseville Minnesota through a quick google search. I was able to get a room for under $50 a night through Trip. To my surprise Norwood Inn and suites was a full functioning hotel with a pool, continental, breakfast, and modern amenities, comparable to any major hotel chain. My family and I stayed for a wedding. We were greeted and checked in by an amiable clerk named Taylor. She made our stay very pleasing with her jokes, friendly face and her genuine care for us customers. The attached restaurant was spectacular, no breakfast though.

There was no sheets or pillows for the pull out bed in room. Check in was good. No hot tub that was a big down fall, pool was clean. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was ok with some options. Coffee station was not running when we checked in at 4pm.

The hotel staff was incredible! I booked 14 rooms for my team and they made us feel really special. Little things like the welcome sign and bars made us truly feel welcome. I cannot recommend this place enough! I would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious and modern rooms, very cool design of public areas and rooms! Unfortunately, we had some difficulties communication with the hotel twice. First, we wanted to learn more about parking and hotel put us on 10 minutes hold and after that they did not pick up the call for more than an hour! Maybe they are busy, but still leaves an impression. Secondly, we called at the reception to ask about the places open for a beer or wine and they simply hang up on us twice. Moreover, there was something with the lock- we could not leave the room without asking for help outside. I’m glad we were not in the rush in the morning. Not sure why is that so haha! Generally great area in the city center and pretty design!
