Holiday Inn Bloomington W MSP Airport Area

We went for a Dr appt just a couple miles away we got to the hotel fairly late and the desk person was very kind and friendly the hotel was quiet and clean. The next morning we opted for the buffet breakfast which was as also good and the morning desk clerk was even friendly and kinder than the night so our stay was very enjoyable even though it was basically just for a place to sleep so we didn’t get to enjoy much of the amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel. Bar downstairs. Quiet clean room with plenty of plugs, desk space, good heater and workable window shades. Beds softer than most but very comfy. We got a good nights sleep. Tiny bathroom but clean and modern. No. grab bars in shower -a concern for we senior travelers. Keurig coffee machine in room is an improvement over the standard coffee maker and weak coffee. Paid breakfast.

When i arrived the overnight staff was very nice and helpful. When i got to the room i found a roach alive on the toilet. Then in the morning i found a small roach on the bathroom sink crawling. Everything else was fine just the critter issue.

Finally found a hotel in Minneapolis that I like! Parking lot well lit and secure, convenient location. Quiet, clean hotel with a good breakfast, try the cute mini waffles! I will definitely stay here again.

Strongly Recommend for everyone and quality services. The lady at the reception was so good and professional.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. It was a pleasant surprise that they had breakfast also on Thanksgiving Day.

Holiday Inn appears to be a significant step down from other nearby hotels, such as Hilton Garden Inn and Staybridge. It costs a bit less. so I suppose it's matter of what you want. Out toilet was plugged twice. There was no coffee in the lobby until 10:30, one no coffee capsule in the room. The shower room was so small it helps to step into the shower to close the door. Several outlets didn't work.

Loved staying here! Friendly helpful staff, comfy bed, great breakfast and hot tub was wonderful.

Hotel was very clean. Service was very good. Bed was alright. I’m kindof a bed snob. I sleep on a hybrid foam mattress every night and can’t believe that it isn’t the standard for humankind.
