Very nice hotel and had the perfect location for a Timberwolves game. Could have probably booked a cheaper hotel that was still connected by a skywalk but didn’t look into it well enough. Quite expensive.

Enjoyed the luxury feel of the hotel, but the staff wasn't very informative at all about what the hotel offers. No room service menu in room.

Nice hotel, very convenient as we were going to Timberwolves game. Skywalk allowed us to go to gym without going outside. Valet parking was also convenient. No hot water. Was not informed of this at check in. When we called about it they said we should have been told. Water was never fixed during our stay and no discount or anything offered. Not a good experience when traveling with a family.

Our room was very nice as was the hotel. Convenient to get to Target Center, bars and restaurants close by. My low score is based on two things. First, I did self checkin and was told once I arrived to go to the online checkin line. Well, there wasn’t one and I waited in line for quite sometime just to pick up my keys. There were teams/groups trying to reserve rooms and multiple rooms so it took a long time. There was a gentleman behind me who was also told there was an online checkin line. They should consider doing this or take off that this is available. My second frustration was the wait staff at Cosmos. Rude and service was horrible! We asked 4 times to have water with our drinks. Finally, had to go get it ourselves. Once we got our first round of drinks no one came back to check or ask if we wanted more. Again, had to do it ourselves and the bartender seemed very put out by having to do her job. Others around said the same thing. I’m sure she was feeling overwhelmed but in the service industry politeness is important. Other than those two things I would have scored higher.

The hotel and staff are lovely. I wish they reimbursed for parking? It’s expensive and a tricky hassle.

First time traveling solo (young Black woman) for a concert at Target Center and the staff was outstanding. They were so accommodating from early check in to late check out. The room service was excellent and very fast (the fingerling potato’s were AMAZING). My only wish is that my TV worked. It kept shutting off randomly every 5-10mins. Other than that, this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! I felt like they truly cared about me and my safety as a guest.

We have stayed here at least a dozen times in the last 20 years. Probably never again. Our VIP access rooms' windows were looking at cooling machinery on the roof. The chair's upholstery was coming off in pieces. The plumbing was broken. Among the towels one was dirty. There was only one bathrobe in the room. One reading light was broken. I was not offered any of the VIP access amenities. The staff was still kind and welcoming.

Great stay if you are going to Target center! Parking should be free though. That ****** to pay an extra $50.
