The third time I stayed here, I was lucky enough to book the same room type for two nights in a row. First, the food on Saturday is better than that on Friday, no matter morning or evening. Second experience, if possible, try to stay for 2-3 nights. Staying for 1 night is still a bit rushed. Staying for one more night will give you a much better experience. The third feeling is that the service is as excellent as ever, the best price in Honshu + Kyushu, real butler-style service.

Very luxurious ryokan! The food was plentiful and delicious and the sky onsen views were incredible. The private onsens in our room was very roomy too! The whole experience was wonderful and the service was very good. Our main server, Divas, was very polite and attentive. The stocked minibar and check out present (packed lunch) were a very nice touch.

We stayed in the Yumemi room . It was spacious and beautifully designed traditional and modern mixed Japanese space. Loved the wooden beams and the private indoor and outdoor onsen. I highly recommend this place. Make sure to have the Kaiseki meal if you haven’t experienced it yet!
