Hotel is easy to find. Car park is largest than other hotel. Onsen is very good particularly the outdoor onsen. Staff is helpful and sincere. Wifi is strong. will come again or recommend to friends.

Traveling with my mother, she liked this hotel the most during the whole trip. The service is really good. When the bus arrives at the station, you can call and a car will come to pick you up. The speed of arrival is very fast. The receptionist is very enthusiastic. She helped us solve the problem of booking the return ticket and arranged a car (not the normal drop-off time) to the station. The cave hot spring of the hotel is a feature, and guests staying in the hotel can also enjoy the private hot spring on the mountain that needs to be reserved.

The ryokan is so pretty that people take pictures in front of it.
There are 5 types of hot springs.
The temperature of the hot spring water felt hot.
The temperature of the cave hot springs and the open-air bath located up the stairs was just right.
The room was clean and nice.
Dinner was just so-so.
Breakfast was delicious
The staff were very friendly and nice
I was grateful that they gave me a ride to the bus stop on the day I was leaving.
