This hotel location is very good. in the hills in the deep forest very cold weather. Delicious dinner, strange has horse sashimi, clean rooms and beautiful . The outdoor onsen is very beautiful. Breakfast is good.

We drove to Shanhe, the location is very secluded, the old man in the parking lot was waiting with the list of guests checking in that day, and took the luggage to the room. From the moment we changed our shoes when we entered the hotel, we had kneeling service, the staff were young and old, and they were friendly. The environment is beautiful, comfortable and private, very satisfied.

The a**osphere of the Japanese-style hotel is really great. From the entrance service to the excellent facilities and delicious dinner and breakfast, I decided to come again next time. Especially the family soup can be made in advance, which saves a lot of embarrassment.

The room is large and comfortable, and the coffee table is equipped with a heating blanket. It's nice to sit there and drink tea and drink. The dinner was amazing, and the sporadic nature of Japanese cuisine was clearly on display here. The staff are all very friendly. The open-air bath in the room is well designed, making it feel like taking a bath in the forest.

It's a 25-minute walk from the hot spring street, but there is a car to pick up and drop off from the hotel. The environment is comfortable and quiet. The breakfast and dinner are very rich. The waiters are very kind and courteous. However, the room does not have a bathroom and there is no hot water for washing the face. Overall, I am very satisfied.

I went here on a friend's recommendation, and I'll be going again next year. The kids also loved the amazing experience.

The environment is beautiful and private hot springs can be booked. The service was first-class. The staff carried three large suitcases up the stairs to the room. Although there was only one staff member who could speak English, the other staff were also very helpful and dedicated. Kaiseki cuisine is very rich, but the location is difficult to find, so self-driving travel is more suitable.

This is my first visit to Aso Volcano and Kurokawa Onsen. This hotel is about 5 to 8 minutes' drive from Kurokawa Onsen Shopping Street, so the environment is very quiet. If you need a completely rested environment, the hotel is an excellent choice. This hotel is an old-style hot spring hotel. The decoration and maintenance are very good, the food quality is first-class, and there are different family baths to choose from. If there is no special reason, you can use its family bath instead of a private bath room.
