I have written my situation when I book, but trip.com didn’t send it to hotel which is really terrible for us, luckily hotel understand and let us through
Onsen and the room need to travel outdoor, a good experience to let kids to try walking outdoor after hot spring

Retains its old and rustic charm in spite of the clean and comfortable interiors. Room was really spacious, onsen (especially the outdoor one) was very nice. Portion of kaiseiki breakfast and dinner portions were honestly a bit too much for us, and some of the sashimi was rather chewy. But overall still a nice experience!

The room is big enough, the hot spring is great, the view is good enough, and the food is delicious. It's very close to the bus stop and it's easy to get there with your luggage. The only drawback is that there are not enough hot spring pools.

This time, because we booked late, only Yume Rientan has rooms in the Kurokawa Hot Spring area. The location of Yume Rientan is quite good. It only takes 3 minutes to walk downhill from the highway bus stop from Hakata to Kurokawa. This time, the two adults and one child stayed in a room in Menggentan Xinguan. It had two Western-style single beds + a Japanese-style tatami. The room was very clean. Since we booked a stay and two meals, dinner was a kaiseki meal at the hotel. The dinner was very sumptuous. It should be noted that there is no need for the child to order a separate meal for him because he could not finish it. In the end, in line with the good virtue of not wasting, the two adults almost ate one and a half portions each.

The location is excellent. After arriving at the expressway, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the hotel.
The hotel service staff are warm and thoughtful, fully embodying the spirit of the Japanese service industry. The meals provided in the morning and evening were satisfactory.
I don’t recommend family soup. It’s just a small space. There is no air conditioning in the place where you can clean up after bathing. It’s very cold. The walls of the house are drafty and the soup water has metal substances that are obviously coming out of the water.
