Very dirty hotel and poorly maintained and managed . Steep stair ways . Pay a little more and stop somewhere nicer and warmer . Place needs a good clean up . 1st room no hot water and we had to wait for room so the shower was not checked on being cleaned . We was mover to a room in the basement. Steep stairs and cold . 2nd room was like a rabbit hutch no where to put anything. We had to keep moving bags to manoeuvre around . Fire hazard. Put the heating on very noisy blow heater smelt like it was on fire . Opened it and was thick with thick dust . It was a shambles.
