Like a Boutique Hotel Our family adored this charming and well loved property on the Spokane River for my daughter’s college graduation. Although small in appearance from the outside, this home utilized both indoor and outdoor space brilliantly. The sunken living room was cozy and afforded many conversation areas for our family. The amenities here (e.g. the cozy towels, utensils, well appointed kitchen, coffee selection, smore skewers and fire pit) made this feel like a boutique hotel. The outdoor space was lovely, as were the plantings and hardscaping, overlooking the River and birdlife, including ducks and eagles. You will love this home!!!

Great on the river house We loved our weekend at this adorable house. They did such a cute renovation & thought of everything! So many spaces for hanging out - loved the fire pit & kayaks. Would definitely come back. It was perfect for extended family gathering for graduation weekend!
