Hotel is new and clean. Location of the hotel is very near supermarkets and many restaurants. Breakfast is affordable and decent. Service is better than most european hotels.

Great hotel in Milan close to the Garibaldi railway station and Piazza Gae Aulenti. Very convenient and quiet location and the hotel management and service are great! I really like the rooms and the terrace.

This hotel is in a great location with very clean and new design I enjoyed staying here but think I got bed bugs the last night 😓 also the balcony has no insect screen which makes leaving the window open hard.

Love the interior design of the hotel and room, the scent of great too. Especially hygiene is on point. Everything in the hotel is perfect for our stay in Milan! Staffs are very proactive and friendly, cheers to all staff memebers.

Good hotel

This was my second time booking this hotel because the first impression was very good. I early arrived for my business meeting at around noon so I left my luggage and booked with the extra cost for twin bed since I am with my co-worker. I came back at 9pm for check in and it took about half an hour for checking in because there was only one person at the front desk who was speaking foreign language with the customers. I finally got the room key and the room was with double bed, I asked for change the room and the bell boy brought me another card and it was smaller size room and I was so upset. the front desk man called me and he said apologize this situation and no more room is available and want to offer champagne. I felt pretty absurd. The bell boy had to go down again and get another key and I got the upgraded room. the water didn't go and stuck at the shower. I don't think I would ever come back this hotel every again. I literally stayed there from the late check-in at 10:30 to 4:00 for getting my airport...

Amazing experience, had a great time at Milano Verticale, i rate my experience with 5 stars: from rooms which have a fantastic design, super clean and modern, to reception experience, very professional staff: shoutout to Farid who assisted me personally and who made sure I had anything I needed! I will definitely come back!
