The hotel was very good in general. The receptionists and hotel staff were all very friendly. The decor was nice too. But it was quite noisy because of the location. You have to be able to cope with the noisy trains. The hotel has a restaurant and the service there was totally different from the hotel’s. The restaurant staff was not attentive and some of them were a bit rude. Breakfast was below expectations.

the hotel is great… amazing design, very well located near duomo. the room is big also a big bathroom. tbe staff also pretty nice and efficient. good value for price. I will go there for sure if I go back to Milano

Thank you Trip Coins for introducing such a beautiful hotel. It is convenient for transportation, not dangerous even late at night, and it is safe for two women. There are many restaurants in the room, and you can see the Dome Cathedral right on the main road.

Very ambiguous. On the one hand - the center of Milan, on the other hand - crowds of people around and everything connected with it. The service is good - friendly staff. The rooms themselves are not at all thought out, although everything seems to be there. Breakfasts are so-so. In my opinion, it does not correspond to the price/quality ratio at all. Definitely not a boutique hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. The equipment is relatively simple, but European hotels are generally at this level, which is understandable. When we entered the room on the first night, we found a curly hair on the edge of the pillow, but we were so tired that we just slept there. The hotel's breakfast is together with the restaurant open to the public downstairs. The food is fresh and tastes good, and it is very practical. Overall, I recommend it. The location is really great.
