The clean this is not so good in the hotel. When I come into the room, I find my boss pillow and change the cover sheet so it‘s extremely smelly and when I hold the pillow down to the reception, the man just take the pillow away without say anything, and later two minutes later, he change the cover and give me the new pillow. He didn’t say anything even not sorry ward it seems that they always do that.

Typical 3 star hotel in centre of Milan. Clean and tidy, quite basic but good location.

The hotel is very clean and the price is right! Although it is in the most prosperous Loreto, the accommodation area is very quiet and you can guarantee a good night's sleep! The transportation is very convenient and it is easy to go anywhere! I will choose to come back and stay next time~

Ubicación para hacer visitas por la zona de alrededores de Milan estupenda. No hay muchos Restaurantes cerca. Mucho ruido en la calle por la noche. Hotel de tres estrellas un poco raro en el 2 de un edificio de viviendas.

Small hotel for a great price in Milan. everything tidy and clean. Hotel room didn’t had balcony but there was big balcony beside reception and dining area. otherwise room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful with information and pleasant

Convenient location, only 1 stop away from Milano Centrale railway station. Clean room, quiet place. Very kind staff, accommodating my request of dividing a queen bed even if it was late in the afternoon. Thank you for that; really appreciated! Breakfast should be improved.

The only positive of this hotel is its great location of the price compared to other hotels near by… there is a buss stop right outside and round the corner is the metro. Also there are a number of convenient shops located on the street. A lot of noise, so much I was woken up at 4am for a good period of time from banging above us (not a hotel room and when advised staff they had no idea). Could only log into wifi from reception/breakfast area (I ended up topping up my simcard for Europe to get internet). On the last day had 2 eggs along with my breakfast and they were completely roar (but not on the shell) didn’t mention this to management as we were leaving anyway. When we left our bags on check out day, they were just left in the breakfast area, not in a closed room. You get for what you pay I suppose.

This hotel is about 900 meters from the train station. You can take the metro for one stop, or simply walk. Nestled on the second floor of this commercial building, this location is ideal. It is very clean and staff are very helpful - they speak multiple languages, so you shouldn't have any issue communicating with them. Room is spacious and the bed is firm. A little skimpy on the towels, but overall excellent location for the right price. If you need a quick overnight stay and want to be in the city - this is the ideal place.

excellent location of this hotel with 10 min walking distance to Milano Centrale, metro station just outside and friendly staff. Our triple bedroom was great, for 3 adults more than enough - great beds, great bathroom with all neccessities, very clean and spacious. breakfast is good (only one thing missing was scrambled eggs but pleanty of other stuff) - and great great thing from ladies on the reception, we were welcomed with complimentary espresso as welcome drink, such a warm gesture from them :-)

A beautiful, very welcoming hotel directly outside the Loreto stop on the corner of Corso Buenos Aires in a very large building where you just need to dial the number on the intercom to be opened. I found the property on the internet and was struck by the location. We were welcomed very well by the receptionists, the room is very comfortable with impeccable cleanliness and I am the type who passes a cloth everywhere before squeezing the suitcases to make sure everything is clean. The bathroom is large with a shower and sanitary facilities with attached towel warmer. Inside the room there is also a mini bar, Wi-Fi, safe, wardrobe, air conditioning. We liked the breakfast because it had all the essentials and above all the cakes were fantastic.

Clean, spacious family rooms. We had an inner courtyard location and slept very well. Very friendly and helpful staff! Reception open 24 hours a day. Breakfast is very good value for money at €10 per person. Located right next to a metro station. Small supermarket in the same building. Great!

Very well located hotel, about 20m from the entrance to the Loreto metro station. This makes it easy to access the main points of interest. Large and comfortable room, spacious bathroom. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. I would stay there again.

We stayed in this hotel for a weekend, certainly a strategic position because it is located right on Corso Buenos Aires and a stone's throw from the Loreto metro stop. Having said that, the hotel is located inside a very normal apartment, the room quite shabby, poorly cared for and not even very clean. But the best is yet to come. On the last evening, when I returned to the room (I had left it in the morning and like every day they come to tidy up and "wash" the room), I noticed that 2 branded gift bags, purchased the previous day, were not there more. The cleaning ladies pocketed it. I called the reception and obviously after having denied, in vain, because of my insistence and my proving what was said with receipts and photos, they began with "yes, the envelopes were actually thrown away because they thought they were empty". Nothing, in the end I have to mourn both the money and the gifts, because obviously they didn't even think of compensating me in any way.
