NON PRENOTARE - NO RESERVAR - DO NOT BOOK Una delle peggiori esperienze della mia vita. Ho denunciato a Booking il fatto. Tutto quello che vedete è FALSO. Stanze sporche, bagni con oggetti gia usati (sapone aperto) mura rotte, aria condizionata rotta, finestra fradicia in piena estate con 40°. La persona alla reception arrogante, maleducata, ci ha fatto pagare e dopo le nostre lamentele non ci ha neanche restituito l'importo (solo grazie a Booking ho recuperato i soldi) abbiamo lasciato l'albergo (se così si può dire) 10 minuti dopo essere entrati e siamo stati costretti a cercarne un altro. Le foto parlano sole, una BLATTA morta sotto al letto. DA DENUNCIA.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. It was a rip off and a total waste of money. Totally misrepresented on ******* and the pictures are a total lie. It looks horrible in person. Our room was in the attic and had leaking pipes. The staff was rude and the room was extremely dirty and felt unsafe. The front desk guy, Fabio, was unhelpful. I would advise to stay somewhere else even if it cost you a little extra. It was my first time in Milan and I hated everything about it but most of it is the hotel. The utensils were dirty and the cups smelled bad. Overall, extremely dirty and would never go back or recommend it for anyone I know or don’t know. This doesn’t even qualify as a 1 star hotel.

The room 2 that we were given was on the 0 floor. It was really noisy and with the bad AC. Charger ports were really old and the room wasn’t clean at all. The stuff was super unfriendly and even tho they provide free breakfast, the staff just went out!!! of the hotel for half an hour, so we couldn’t even have tea/coffee because coffee machines were in the bar he was responsible for. All in all, strongly do not recommend this place! If you want to save your money, do not choose this 2 star hotel

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a few steps from the Loreto metro which takes you to the center in 5 stops. The structure would certainly need some refreshment work, but the ratio of services offered / price paid is really positive. The room is not particularly large, the Wifi signal is good, the paid parking in front of the hotel is convenient: with 5 euros the car can stay the whole day. The room air conditioning system is centralized and operates at on / off timer intervals. On cold days, it would probably be necessary to shorten the stop times. Normal breakfast, with croissants, yoghurt, juice and water as well as coffee or cappuccino.

Very unfriendly staff. No facility to understand you in a language other than Italian. Impossibility of leaving the suitcases even though they indicate that they have a locker.
