ApartHotel Durini

Like the location of the hotel I really missed talking to someone at the front desk. I had to leave the room keys at the desk I wrote a note through the app regarding the keys and did not get an answer.

Fabulous place to stay: a lovely apartment with an easy walk to the metro, the cathedral, La Scala, small galleries and shopping.

Pleasantly surprised by this apartment. Seemingly safe area, with many bars right on your doorstep. People are friendly, warm and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious and calming. Only 2 small criticisms; 1, the pillows and mattress, hard memory foam was not comfortable. And 2, the apartment is on the 4th floor, there is a lift, but as a party of 4 staying, only one person fit in the lift with all the bags. Very minor negatives. All in all very happy with the stay and Milan in general. Receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable of the area. Would certainly return to this accomodation

This property is a scam and you will lose all your money if you have the smallest change in your schedule. They have no availability to accomodate client needs. They are unreliable, rude and they abuse the customer and the contract they have with Booking. We had a reservation and due to our flight we did not manage to get to the property until the check-out hour of 10pm. They showed no interest in commicating openly and constructively once we told them we will get there maximum two hours after their so called “closed check-in time. And not only this, but they openly said: “we recommend you to cancel your reservation”, but they already took all of our money under a non-refundable clause (if we cancelled). In the end, on the day we arrived in Milan, they cancelled the entire booking (for 4 nights, for which we paid Eur 1,000), without mentioning anything or letting us know why they cancelled. We had to make other accomodation arrangements because of them, in the middle of the night, just to have where to sleep. Just imagine if we would have had kids or no money do make additional arrangements. After this, we tried to get our money back since they cancelled the entire booking, but they absolutely refused. Booking could not help in the end, even though they contacted the property several times. Would 100% not recommend. I am also sure we are not the only ones that had issues with them. There are plenty of accomodations in Milan which are great and the staff is professional. We stayed in the end at Hotel Tocq and Living Suites, which are on the opposite pole from these scammers. And not to mention that we can’t even write a review on Booking even though they are keeping all our money. And they know that as a customer we can’t write a negative review there. They are again abusing the contract they have and their “policies” which are only in their advantage. I wish someone could have warned me about them before booking.

Although I only stayed for one night, the location was great. The room was very clean, spacious and modern. Overall a great experience at ApartHotel Durini.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very nice and although we got there at 9am, they let us drop our bags off and use their bathroom so we could explore Milan before the 2pm check in. Really nice rooms too! Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is very clean and modern in a beautiful area. Via Durini was one of the Deign Week pop up locations and the place was exciting

· Is very cold in apartment during the night time. From 9pm till 6am is no gas heating at all. They don’t have any other option to get heating. It was crazy cold , I arrived late evening, outside was minus degrees and in apartment no heating. During the night I couldn’t sleep because of cold. I put my pants , socks, two jumpers to get warmer under the bedsheets. Windows are not installed correct . All cold air comes inside. I booked for two nights , but I left next morning. I ask for half money back but no response. Very bad experience. Don’t recommend at all. I got sick after that night.

We were in Milan for two nights and this was a nice place for us to stay. It with larger room and bathroom than the usual, very clean, and modern. The location is excellent, and the bed was extremely comfortable!
