The place is located just a few meters from the "Corvetto" metro station. It is a quiet spot, though it is in need of some maintenance. The best feature is the service provided by the reception staff: Mamdouh, Peter, George, and a fourth person whose name I’ve forgotten 🤦🏻♂️.

There are lots of other options in Milan that are much better than this hostel. The place has only two real advantages: everything was clean and the location is good. The room was cleaned every day, the bed sheets were clean, and the towels were even changed once during our 4-day stay. The hotel is also located right next to a metro station, which is very convenient. But almost everything else was really disappointing. The towels smelled unpleasant, the furniture was old, and the smell in the bathroom was awful. The windows were covered with banners from the outside, so the room was very dark even during the daytime. One of the bedside sockets did not work. There was rust everywhere. Trip.com also does not provide all the necessary information about this place. For example, there is no clear information about the extra charge for late check-in (€40) or the tourist tax (€65 for 4 nights). If you do not arrive before 2 AM, your booking gets cancelled and it is impossible to get a refund, even if you warn them in advance about your arrival time. In my case, when I called one day before arrival to explain that my flight could be delayed and I might arrive later, I received a very rude response. I was told that it was “only my problem” and that if I did not arrive before 2 AM, I would simply stay on the street. The staff member literally shouted at me. Another unpleasant surprise was the lack of hot water in the shower on the day of arrival. Although the issue was fixed the next day after we contacted reception, not being able to take a shower after a long trip still left a very bad impression Overall, for the price they charge, it is much better to choose another place.

Absolutely awful stay – never again! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. They refused my late check-in without giving me any advance notice, and then had the nerve to charge me over 40 euros for it! The bedsheets were filthy, the toilet was broken, and there were no basic amenities like face wash or shampoo. To make things worse, there was no duvet at all just a thin, dirty sheet thrown on the bed. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. The place was unhygienic, badly managed, and shows zero respect for guests. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hotel it’s a total nightmare and a complete waste of money.

Okay location but greeted with bedbugs by next morning. No lift but steps aren’t many. Reception 24x7 and courteous. Good location in terms of basic shopping and food options but far from central. Train station just few minutes walking distance to hotel whereby hotel is pretty old and with some upgrades can see more opting for it for the price

The room was not clean

Although the location might seem convenient, it was very noisy filthy and hard to sleep. We were also charged fees that were not described on the site. The room we stayed at was old, with broken window that we couldn't close. They also charge additional fee for using AC. I usually look for economic places to stay at, but this one I couldn't even rest for all the noise and uncomfortable room.

The hotel was pretty nice and had all that we needed. The staff was very nice and got things in order with ease. The location of the hotel is very good for convenience, as there are multiple restaurants of different kinds all within a block. Only annoyance would be the noise. It was pretty easy to hear the vehicles and things happening outside. Due to it being near an intersection people honk their horns semi-often.

The overall quality is good for the price, but I don't think it's fair that I'm paying €32 in taxes when your website states €16.

Run away! Unsafe location. Dirty room, dirty floor, holes in the sheets, and questionable towels. I was eagerly awaiting sunrise so I could leave quickly! In addition to the €7.50 fee, I had to pay an extra €20 because I checked in after 8 p.m.!! On top of the price of the night, for that price I could have had so much better in the center of Milan. Move on…

A truly unpleasant hotel, the staff barely speaks English. The location is unpleasant, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
