Meininger Milano Garibaldi

Great place! Very friendly and available, stayed with my husband for one night. Lots of space for families and board games available. Great breakfast as well! Sadly the washing machine they provide was broken, but beside that, everything was good!

Nice stay, good shower ok sleep, Great as a group of fiends for the price paid per head, Good bar open 24/7, good choice of beer and ok location, the train might keep some awake and the rooms air con didn’t work, downside no coffee machine in the room but it’s bar is open all hours. Good activities in the bar few games and good breakfast, would stay again for cheap hotel, but not for a romantic couple

For the price our group paid, this hotel was honestly a fantastic bargain, especially with breakfast included. We stayed here as a group, with four rooms booked - we went for provate rooms with 3 or 4 beds; I think there are also dorm style rooms for individual travellers. The rooms were basic but clean and with everything you need, including charging sockets by the beds which was a big plus. The single beds were nothing to write home about - quite small, thin sheets and towels but again, it was just a place to rest our head and more than adequate for what we wanted. The best part of this hotel is the 24hr bar, which is fantastically cheap, and the breakfast, which was fantastic. Great selection of meats, cheeses, cereals, jams, spreads, breads, with some hot options like eggs, beans and pastries. Good coffee machines too. We enjoyed hanging out in the lobby/seating areas between activities. Location - not so great, it's a long walk from anything particularly interesting, though only a few mins from Cenisio Metro M5 stop and trams to the city centre. We did eat at an interesting place around the corner - Pinkeri! Overall, a fantastic trip, staff were super helpful and would not hesitate to book again.

I love you guys, it is great here! We love the view and the saunas! Also very much appreciated the ferrari game set-up, our level of playing tennis has exponentially grown. Furthermore, Milaan is fenominal! Keep calm and pack your bags already!

Went there to for the weekend to explore Milan and for the match of AC. Milan. The hotel is amazing and very well situated, you can reach the Duomo and the center in 15 min and also the same time for the stadium. Staff is absolutely amazing, always eager to help and can give you a lot of precious ideas if you decide to explore Milan or if like me you are looking for the best food around. Special thanks to Sara and the reception team night and day.

So first of all the service is poor. Secondly, the workers here are impolite and disrespectful. Neglects the customers needs. We ordered drinks at the bar, the worker just left the drinks on the counter without saying anything, and was overall impolite.

Let's start with the good things. The staff was really helpful and cheerful and don't hasitate to ask them about information for the city (special thanks to Sofia). It was located near the metro station and the quality of the breakfast was good but I think it should be more choices. The location it seems to be good because it's not in the center of the city but there's a train station next to the hotel and they start to operate early in the morning. Although the room was big, the width of the beds was not enough and it felt pretty uncomfortable. The disappointing part was we asked only 1 time to change the sheets and the towels and only the towels were changed. We understood that because it was a small stain in one of our sheets and was there through our 6 nights accomodations. The pool table it's not free. The accommodation there would be a much better experienced if the cleaning was better, the size of the beds was changed and the quantity at the breakfast was more. Milan was a wonderful city.

If you’re looking for somewhere quiet without non stop noise then go somewhere else. Currently staying here. Hotel (well it’s actually more like a hostel) is empty. Last night we had teenagers (loads of them on some school trip) running up and down the corridors banging on doors laughing and screaming all night long. Tonight we’ve had the joy of a mouthy kid and his mother next door to our room shouting and banging for hours on end. Zero sleep. And to be honest four nights here wasn’t cheap! Breakfast is very poor by the way. Just cold meats, toast and croissants. Music in the bar was gangster rap with the words “bi*ch” etc. I’m wondering what nights three and four will bring. Drinks and chocolate very expensive. A bag of crisps 2 euros. A snickers bar 2 euros etc. I mean I could understand it if it was a premier hotel but it’s just a back street hostel!! Again. Just avoid.

I stayed many times in Meininger hotel in Europe but i need to tell that Milano Garibaldi was one of the worst. THe towels were dirty, the room faced the railway and was noisy. We were not allowed the window only a small hall. The air condition was smelly and the manager lady on the reception was rude.... The price of this stay is so far too much for the service we got in Milan. It might work in other countries but you can find better deals than this one in Milan Garibaldi...
