T'was a short and nice trip, I hope I can come back!

The hostel is really clean and staff here are super super friendly, which I like most about it. It would even be better if the heating system was stronger as I could hardly fall asleep as it was quite cold in the room. Above all, I love my stay here.

Location is close to the city center, beds are comfortable, and the staff was extra nice.

I would say it is not a bad stay, we enjoyed the music event and the other activities, one thing can definitely improve the whole experience is having a windows in the room that you can open, it felt a little bit like a prison.

The bathroom was clean and there was one in the room and one in the hallway, which was nice They were friendly and I was able to check in early You can take the tram to Milan Duomo and the central station, and you can walk around Duomo There is a shelf above the bed, and you can plug in the charger cord and USB cable, and the mattress is pretty firm so it's good They gave me a personal locker key, and the space was good enough to open my suitcase There is also an elevator lol You have to open and close the door manually But it's a little cold ㅠㅠ But there is a heater in the room

The reception is open 24 hours a day, so I was able to check in even though I arrived early. I was also grateful that they let me charge my phone after checking out of the room and let me use the shared space. The Duomo is within walking distance, but it's dark at night and it's scary to walk alone, so I think it's best to be careful. I asked for water in a plastic bottle, and they kindly did. There were several supermarkets nearby, so I was able to buy souvenirs there.

To book a hotel, you have to pay twice, 37 euros and 39 euros. I didn't tell the truth when I asked the hotel when the pre-authorization would be refunded, and the money was deducted indiscriminately later. I contacted Ttip customer service multiple times but no response was given!

Room 12 has a very bad wi-fi connection. But I understand that this is the case throughout the hotel.

Overall it's pretty good, there's even a kitchen. It's about a 15-minute walk from the bus station.

The location is great! And the Gothic building is impressive. There was no tea or sugar, but the terrace was excellent. It’s inconvenient for me that every room has a toilet and shower, they are always occupied. There are common rooms on the second floor, but this is also not enough.
