Parfait, hotel confortable,très propre, très bon environnement. Personnels très sympathique,tres bon accueil, à l'écoute ,parking privatif et sécurisée.environnement très attractif proche commerce et tous les commodités nécessaires à un bon séjour. Je recommande fortement.

The service at the premiere class is average but Kyriad, on the same parking lot, makes up for it by offering excellent service. The facilities at the premiere class are good with a microwave available 24/7 and the housekeeping service is good.

Everything was perfect, except lights that don't light and the shower corner /toilettes too narrow, the slaying toilets comes into your back - to think it was enough 15 cm more - thank you

Very well located hotel, very close to Toulouse Blagnac airport, with several catering services right next door, parking with electric charging station, the rooms are clean, very good for a night when you don't have to unpack your suitcase, very friendly receptionist.

The site Trip.com provided me a bad code as well as an unknown booking number. Fortunately, I could have a permanent person who could give me my good codes otherwise I sleeped outside. Thanks to the first class hotel and not Trip.com.

J'avais réservé une chambre simple, mais elle a eu la délicatesse et la générosité de m’installer gracieusement dans une chambre plus spacieuse. Un geste qui m’a vraiment touché. Ce genre d’attention est rare et mérite d’être souligné. Je rajouterai que les chambres sont en très mauvais état , draps déchirés dans ma chambre.Toutefois ce n'est pas la faute du staff... A suive.
