Drury Inn & Suites Middletown Franklin

Beautiful. Food supervisor was asking everyone how things were. Didn’t like children handling the food without their parents. One child emptied her uneaten popcorn back into machine and when we told supervisor machine was totally emptied. The breakfast was great but again free food offers can be abused when people load a cooler. The hotel was perfect and we will return. Koodos to all staff

I probably would have given this hotel a 4 or even 5-star rating if it weren't for the fact that the ELEVATOR WASN'T WORKING (!) and they didn't mention that when I made the reservation. It's a 4-story hotel and, upon arrival, we were told that the elevator was under construction and wouldn't be usable for 4-6 WEEKS! The hotel staff is lovely, and they were able to give us one room on the first floor and one on the second. We were grateful that we didn't have to deal with stairs, but the first floor rooms are not only by the pool, but are also in the main traffic pattern from the stairs to the lobby. There is no soundproofing and the ceilings in the first floor rooms are high, so the noise level is hard to tolerate. Add the elevator construction noise (right around the corner from our room and starting around 7:30 a.m.) and you head into nightmare country. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of options. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary dinner and happy hour that were also offered. The room was clean, but only had one uncomfortable upholstered chair, with no ottoman, plus a desk chair. It would have been nicer to either have 2 upholstered chairs with ottomans or a small sofa with ottomans for those of us who need to elevate our feet at the end of the day. The bed was comfortable. Again, I emphasize that the staff was lovely - warm, welcoming and helpful, which made up for some of the challenges and sleep deprivation.

Nice hotel , the dinner and breakfast was great. The only downfall I would say is it would be nice if they started breakfasts earlier as we like to be on the road early. The hotel and rooms were clean and the staff were awesome 😎

Clean rooms, great staff,great food. If an issue would arise the staff is right there to take care of the issue. This is a family owned business & they take pride in their hotels. I always call the Drury the Grand Matrich of hotels. She just needs a little face lift to 100% perfect. The Drury has never let us down.

This is the mostly friendly clean and hospitable hotel I have ever been to I highly recommend it. The food was great and I will be staying here again. They were very accommodating I needed a printer the staff helped me print tickets.

Always clean rooms and comfortable beds. The food is amazing for breakfast and just as awesome for dinner. And a special treat to receive three free adult drinks for each night you stay! It’s my home away from home.

Found this hotel while traveling from Florida to Ohio. Needed a stop that was pet friendly and the hotel was clean the beds comfortable and the food included. Great value will definitely use again. Also the area was safe for the car.

Room was clean and housekeeping was efficient, friendly and prompt. They went above and beyond. Management was also friendly as was the food service staff. The room was very quiet. Drinks were good food was just okay. My only complaint is the elevator could not be called at our floor you had to call the front desk and ask them to send the elevator. The hotel was no where near sold out so I don’t understand why they gave us a room on this floor. I also don’t understand why they didn’t tell us about the problem. We didn’t find out until all unpacked etc and wanted to go back down to lobby so even if another room was offered we were already settled in and it would have been a hassle to change.
