Another quality Purple Palace with the standard room layout and facilities. The hotel was a little more noisier and the walls seemed thinner than other Prem Inns I have stayed at. Good breakfast and dining area with some onsite parking. If you are literally staying just over night though it was cheaper to park in the non-Prem Inn spaces and use the pay and display rather than the overnight Prem Inn rate.

This was the second time we have stayed there now. Rooms are very clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Jillian at breakfast (which was lovely, and plenty to choose from) Plenty to do in the area. Car park is only £6 for 24hours.

We went to the restaurant at the Premier Inn in Middlesbrough Central as part of a family holiday stop over, Kayleigh and Macca were wonderful as server's in the restaurant and multi tasked on reception as well! The food cooked by Sharon was excellent, all the family had piping hot food that was well presented! ALL the staff were friendly and helpful, they were all great, if we are this way again we would definitely visit. 😃😃

The staff are amazing, the food was excellent and the room was clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming again soon. It was Perfect.............why do I have to write 200 words minimum??? This is silly lol

So clean and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Carl was extra helpful he checked us in. Sorted out a few teething problems which was really nice. First time we have travelled with my husbands medical restrictions and Carl helped us out immensely. He is a very kind and competent human being. All staff are approachable and have a smile.

Arrived late but Pam on duty was excellent! Friendly and helpful at check in. Gill and Jillian at breakfast were lovely. So welcoming and helpful. All three of the team mentioned were really cheery and welcoming! A final mention to Heather who prepared the room. It was clean and immaculate. All four deserve a special thank you, they’re assets to Premier Inn! Highly recommend Premier Inn Middlesbrough

All very nice, a nice welcome from reception when checking in. Breakfast was grand, and the room was clean and tidy and a comfy bed. Plenty of food and coffee for breakfast. - Staff all nice and friendly. Would certainly stay here again if in the area. Just a tad annoying you have to pay for parking, but i guess its because it is a town hotel.

My experience at the premiere inn is a fantastic one. I’m a regular user due to business needs. Jillian is a pleasant and friendly face every week at breakfast. The food is good and the dining room is clean and warm. The rooms are clear and the bedding is so comfortable, you’ll sleep like a baby :)
