The hotel and its management demonstrate a lack of consideration for the surrounding environment and the people affected by their actions. There appears to be little to no awareness or respect for the impact they have on the area in which they operate. The atmosphere is often disrupted by excessive noise, which seems to stem from a desire to display superiority or entitlement. This behaviour creates an uncomfortable environment for guests and neighbouring residents alike. When concerns have been raised, management has shown little interest in addressing them. Complaints are routinely ignored, and the management's attitude has been described as rude and dismissive. Given the inadequate service and lack of responsiveness from management, the experience was so disappointing that I would have preferred to sleep in my car rather than stay at this hotel.
