Room service slow ordering breakfast for 2 hours didn’t deliver

Great hotel, great location, great service. I can't pick a single fault!

I could not have been more disappointed. The room was underwhelming but the biggest issue was a consistent noise throughput both nights of my stay. There is nothing worse than being away on busimess and not being able to get a good nights sleep. It sounded like a construction project was being performed inside of the walls. Very disappointing for a first time visit.

I’ve stayed at the Thesis for the first time last year when we went to visit UM. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I’ve stayed there every time since. No issues. Great hotel.

We enjoyed the breakfast the two days we ate there. The $20 credit we received on two days did not cover HALF of our breakfast, which consisted of one of us having granola cereal with fruit and the other with toast and bacon! Coffee was $5.00 PER CUP!!!!! Really, folks?!?

Anthony at the front desk was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! He made my stay that much more enjoyable!!!

Thesis is a great hotel. The rooms are nice, immaculate and the service is terrific. The location to UMiami could not be better. We also loved Mamey’s and it was so convenient to have a good restaurant on site. My only negative feedback is that the beds were not comfortable.
